  I travel all over the nation, the last thing I would find great customer service is in jiffy lube in Sherlington Virginia! Customer service driven business should take note. Thank you team for this experience. Keep doing what you guys do.

  Rami provided amazing service, concisely provided me all the options for what he recommended being replaced and/or fixed, and was professional and respectful. Great customer service, short wait time, and good communication without asking me to buy anything I didn’t want. Awesome service Rami, thank you and the Jiffy lube teammates at the S. four mile run location!

  First of all, I was happy to find a location that is pretty close to me. When I visited them, I was greeted in a friendly and professional manner. Then I was told that they don't service my car. While I got to my car and used my phone to find a different location, the gentleman came running and asked me to open the hood to realize that they can service my car, and that made me avoid losing time and trying to go somewhere else. Inside the store, the team was extremely professional, warm, and friendly. The service was done in a timely manner, and everything went just fine. I would like to thank all of you for saving me the hassle and time to go somewhere else. In addition, I love the fact that you have a Mr. Wash just next door :)

  I’d go somewhere else. * I came at the end of the day, it was a little busy and there was one car ahead in my line so I can’t be too critical- but I was waiting there for more than an hour. In my experience, I’m going to one of these places because I want it to be quick. For my last oil change, I’d been to a Valvoline a few miles away (same time of day) and it took no more than 15 min and I didn’t get out of the car. * They pulled my filters and showed them to me - I know these places always do this, but this time it was actually harmful. My engine filter was basically new and the cabin filter was broken. I can only assume they broke it while they were taking it out, since it’s unlikely to break while sitting inside the tray. I had replaced it about 6 months ago, after most of the fall leaf debris and I haven’t been driving in adverse conditions. So now I have to replace that early. * I also brought a $25 off coupon, which is why I went to jiffy lube over valvoline given how expensive full synthetic oil changes are these days. They told me it might or might not work, but they wouldn’t know either way until they actually rang me up after service— and surprise! It didn’t work because they’re a franchise (or something along these lines). If this shop doesn’t accept certain types of official jiffy lube coupons, it should be noted before people check out since the main jiffy lube website makes no mention of these things. I don’t really want to have to play a guessing game. I was able to find a local franchise coupon for $10 off, which was better than nothing, but again I think more than anything the discrepancy and lack of clarity bothered me.

  overall good experience. However, I came in for an oil change and for windshield wiper fluid, reminded the team twice after initial intake that fluids was apart of the service I came in for. Left the location to find out no windshield wiper fluid had been added.
