  Unable to access chargers due to lack of signage and area chained off by parking garage. Paid 4 dollars to access than drive around parking lot only to leave and have to find another charger.

  Used to work well. Now both 50kw chargers stop after a few minutes.

  The most stupid service I’ve ever seen, took me 20 mins standing in DC cold air trying to get my card authorized and even I downloaded the app following the instructions doesn’t work, finally I had to call customer service to solve this. Hard to find EV charge station in this place also. A normal gas station would not have this problem at all, EV created this issue, so stupid

  Pay for parking AND for charging? Terrible value for money, company doesn't seem to have thought through this one. Stuck paying for mall parking, which is a terrible combo with per-minute charging. Also per-minute charging is annoying for medium speed charging that may or may not reach target speed (never exceeded 44KW), and is certainly slow for the last 80-100%. Why pay 150KW prices for the 20KW top-off? EV-Go PLEASE switch to per-KWH pricing. Also PLEASE choose places where everyone can go without double-paying. Until you do, I'll just use the Electrify America in the Seven Corners / Rt 50 Target Parking Lot.
