    Crystal City, VA Enterprise was absolutely outstanding! Branch manager, Brinae, was professional, courteous, and beyond helpful. We needed a rental to get home after the July 4th weekend, when significant train delays forced us to cancel train travel. We booked our car and Brinae worked through several tech issues in trying to complete payment and get us on our way. The office was very busy, the phone was ringing nonstop, and she navigated it all with courtesy to every person with whom she interacted. What a class act! We made it home and returned our one-way rental in Upstate NY without any issues. Thank you for making an otherwise stressful situation as smooth as possible! Enterprise, you hired a gem!     Made a luxury vehicle reservation 3 months in advance. Was called a day before the reservation to be told they could not guarantee a luxury vehicle. When I told the associate this short notice was not acceptable, I was told to go through another rental agency and hung up on, and have not had my calls answered since. Do not even know if they’ve cancelled my reservation

    I rented a local and one way "intermediate" rental in sequence here - it was cheaper than a 10 day "one way" trip. The experience was mildly negative maybe 2/3 stars with one twist. The reason for one star is that a worker in this office faked my signature when I picked up the car. Local trip was relatively smooth. The first car offered was Mitsubishi Mirage - economy class despite "intermediate" booking and smelling of pot. They agreed to a "free upgrade" - midsize SUV offered was too big for comfort or parking, but it did not smell of pot. Positive: no one was trying to upsell any additional services, beyond Liability insurance we requested. The second rental experience was worse. They called to check in a few days in advance. When I expressed concern about their selection of cars based on my first rental, they told me they have lots of cars and listed Hondas and Nissans that I would have preferred. What they offered in person was a lot worse. Kia Forte counts as intermediate ☹ Rental worker pointed to "pre-existing damage or wear and tear" in the car he offered - it had a hole in the carpet under the gas pedal. It had a dirty windshield and smelled of pot. We decided that the foot stuck under the gas pedal is a safety problem and declined it. A worker verbally told us to wait for a replacement car. To my surprise, I received a contract by email for the car we declined with a signature that wasn't mine. An hour later, they offered the midsize SUV we rented before. We accepted. Fake signatures appeared again and the new contract stated we swapped the car with a carpet hole after driving it for 3 miles, which was false. When I confronted the worker, he said it was more convenient to do paperwork that way. There was no manager on site. I called corporate office complaining of fake signature and they said, they'll investigate. Nothing happened. I repeated the complaint when I returned the car at another office two days later and they said they'll investigate. A week after I returned the car a worker from the Crystal city Enterprise called and asked me if I had any questions about the rental. I explained my concern. He told me they'll investigate. Nothing happened. Credit card charges for the second contract appeared 10 days late. No one told me why they were delayed.

    Only one person working while it’s a line forming, and they have no cars for reservations . They don’t know when people are supposed to return the cars and that’s false advertisement on enterprise end. 0/10 recommend enterprise and this location
