  Ok, here we go. Dom is probably the best customer service representative we have EVER encountered with any company! He should be pulled and teach other people those skills! My husband and I both walked off and said “wow, he is the friendliest representative we’ve ever meet”! It wasn’t fake, or forced but very sincere!

  Arrived and was told the van I had reserved months in advance was unavailable after waiting in a long line (others in line were told the same). I was taken up to the garage where they eventually found a van after a wait, but I was not processed in the normal way and was told to drive to the exit (with no contract or pre-filled damage declaration). The garage was dark and there was while I did a quick look I did not see a scratch on the lower side. They may now try to charge me, remains to be seen. Overall, not a good rental experience.

  Had an issue with a recent rental car during ny trip. Was finally able to return after a rather lengthy and difficult trip. Aisha and Troy at DCA Airport were beyond helpful in taking good care of me. More than anything, they were nice. These days, everything is so transactional and people aren’t always kind and professional. So interacting with them was the joy i didn’t know I needed!

  This was better than February 27 2026. When I rented a car at Ronald Reagan and the car died then I had to leave it at American university and was inconvenience for three hours. CAr completely died no power. This time was better but you guys have to have cars that are non smoking completely. The spray over the upholstery smells worse. Or get a better air freshener. Lastly I have asked to have my names properly spelled on your system 9 Times. It’s Honorine not Honorana can anyone fix that. Lastly coming in to return my car enterprise is not properly marked along the way. Are you guys the ugly step children love enterprise but the Washington DC area has challenges

  On April 7, 2026, I renewed my Nebraska Driver's License. Because of issues occurring at the DMV in Nebraska, a new driver's license could not be issued "on the spot", but rather, a letter of having passed the driver's license requirements was issued effective immediately and expiring May 2, 2026. On April 25, my wife and I flew into Regan airport and immediately went to the Enterprise car pick-up location, were given a choice of several vehicles and proceeded to the check-out area. I gave both my recently voided license AND the letter from the Nebraska DMV to the person in the check-out booth. He called a supervisor, who told me Enterprise could not accept the "paper copy", as per company policy, despite the "paper copy" being perfectly legal in all 50 states and abroad until May 2. We have been loyal customers of Enterprise for many years. We were on this trip to visit my 97 year old mother. The only way we could get the car was to void MY reservation and have my wife re-do the reservation in her name, and only she could drive the rental car. I had my current passport as a "back-up" identification as well, but the Enterprise representative said absolutely not! This was a MAJOR inconvenience. We will choose another rental car agency from now on. Your so-called "company policy" serves no customer friendly purpose nor does it ensure the person renting the car is whomever he or she claims to be any more than a passport and/or a letter from an OFFICIAL STATE DMV....or both. NOT A HAPPY ENTERPRISE CUSTOMER!!!
