  The gentleman that helped to set up the rental was very helpful. The guy who actually got me physically in the car was only at the job for one week. He was so knowledgeable I would never have guessed he was new. He helped to get everything connected to my phone. The guy at the return center was amazing. Helped to get my luggage out of the car and direct me to to shuttle. I was actually there the week before and used a different rental place. Wasn't the best experience. I will only rent from Enterprise from now on. Thanks for a nice trip

  I had the best rental car experience at this Enterprise. My boyfriend and I had just gotten rear ended and needed a car rental the same night. The woman at the front desk helped us every step of the way. She told us what steps we needed to take to involve insurance, making the reservation, and took care of all of the paperwork. She also got us all water bottles after a very long day. She called me the next day to ensure we were taken care of in terms of the reservation. I really appreciate the extra steps taken for customer service and will definitely be renting from Enterprise after this experience.

  On a recent trip in West Virginia, our rental car got a flat tire. I thought it was going to take forever to get it fixed and be a total nightmare. I called Enterprise roadside assistance and they had an Uber to us in 10 minutes and we had a replacement car, and were on the road again, all in about a half hour. I can't believe how smoothly it went. Thank you for your prompt, seamless service! I will definitely book with Enterprise in the future.

  Great service desk (Michaela was so delightful) with a horrible user experience as a first-time mother. I was traveling with my 9 month old daughter and was handed a car seat with ZERO instructions on how to install it other than to “Google it” (mind you I have a baby in my arms). After trying to install this the first time, I realized I was handed a broken car seat with missing pieces. 30 mins had already passed. I was then given a brand new seat after this mishap, and still struggled to install it with baby in my arms. Finally, after AN HOUR AND A HALF I was able to leave after I begged for some sort of direction from the team. Look…I 1000% understand the "liability factor" of not being able to assist customers with INSTALLATION. However, parents (especially those with a baby in their arms) should be given SOME sort of direction on how to install a brand new seat vs. just being told to Google it. If you want to create a better experience for your guests, at least share a link to the video, written instructions, model / make of the sat. Literally ANYTHING so that we are not there left to struggle by ourselves. While the team was apologetic and respectful I was extremely frustrated by this experience and wish it had been handled differently. The fact that I struggled for an hour and a half, with no way of leaving was extremely unfortunate. Please reconsider improving this with any of the suggestions above. A parent already has to deal with a lot traveling with infants. Being more thoughtful in how things are presented will make them that much more appreciative of your company.

  From beginning to end this Enterprise Rent-A-Car experience at Ronald Reagan National Airport in Arlington, VA was excellent. The attendant at the counter, Mia, was patient, thoughtful, and altogether kind. She explained protocol and even offered me the opportunity to upgrade my rental from a standard vehicle to an elite vehicle. The manager, Chris, is intentional when it comes to checking in on customers, even after they have returned the vehicle. Chris, Mia, and their colleagues are a great team of professionals. Separate from the quality customer service from the team, I’d like to see the Clorox wipes provided in all rental vehicles for customers’ peace of mind and an added layer of sanitation. I know those were provided earlier this decade. All in all, the vehicle was clean and the service was excellent. Thank you for reaching and maintaining a significant standard of service. I have rented with you all in the past and look forward to renting with you all later this year!
