  Very disappointing experience. I was not given a similar vehicle as promised and had to wait repeatedly. Despite calling ahead several times and being assured a similar car would be available, I had to visit the location five times over the course of a week before finally getting one. The second time I went to pick up the car, an agent showed me a vehicle, but right in front of me they gave that same car to another customer. I asked why, since their agent had just shown that car to me, and they simply said they had more vehicles available. However, the car they eventually gave me was completely different, and I was left with no choice but to take it. The communication was poor, the process was frustrating, and it wasted a significant amount of my time. I expected much better customer service.

  Car smelled like either cigarette or marijuana, as if it permeated the fabric. We are busy people and simply don’t have time to go back to Enterprise to issue a complaint, wait, and have the issue resolved. Since it was temporary, we lived with it, but I will say that out of all the companies from which we rent, Enterprise consistently has the shoddy fleet. Our preferred rental company when we travel is Avis. We would not choose Enterprise if it weren’t already paid for and arranged by our insurance.
