  I am sharing my experience so other customers can be careful when renting from the Enterprise Rent-A-Car Shirlington branch in Arlington, Virginia, through Progressive Insurance. My actual rental period was July 28 through August 11, as shown by my Progressive reservation details. I also have documentation from the collision center where I dropped off the vehicle. However, I later discovered that the bill sent to my insurance company charged for July 27 through August 12. I also noticed a toll charge dated July 27, even though my rental did not begin until July 28.Also, they didnt send me or provide me copy of rental agreement. I returned the vehicle to the collision center on August 11 in good condition. I was not informed of any damage at the time of return, and I did not sign any document acknowledging damage. About two weeks later, I received a bill and a damage claim for an allegedly damaged side mirror. The discrepancies between my actual rental dates and the dates shown on the bill are very concerning. I hope Enterprise carefully reviews the Progressive reservation, the collision center drop-off documentation, and the bill sent to the insurance company. I am sharing this experience so other customers can protect themselves by taking detailed photos and videos at pickup and return, keeping all paperwork, and carefully reviewing the dates and charges on any bills or damage claims received afterward.

  The Shirlington Enterprise Rent-a-Car office is top notch! They picked me up at home and took me to the office for a smooth rental experience. The car was flawless, and the return was as easy as could be. The staff is invariably friendly and helpful. I will definitely be using their services again!!! I'm tired of getting the runaround from other companies who pretend to offer lower rates but then make you wait for four hours standing around waiting for a car to become available. That means you Avis at Pentagon City Fashion Center!

  I have started renting a little more this year to save my car from racking up more mileage and I am always treated so wonderfully at this location. Each team I have encountered has been pleasant, accommodating and extremely respectful and focused on positively impacting the customer! This is my favorite location in the DC Metro area.
