  Yonatan Gessesse was absolutely amazing, with his courtesy, and professionalism in his customer service skills in handling my return. I travel extremely a lot for the last 17 years and have accounts with all the major rental car agencies and I don't frequently rent with Alamo because the companies that I have worked for had business accounts with Enterprise and National pre- agreement, but I did this time and I am glad that I did based on my experience with Yonatan. I will be back in a couple of weeks to D.C., and I will use definitely Alamo again. Yonatan is one of those Return Lane Agent that you wished you had a 100 of. Great customer service skills, his demeanor, and his soft touch and calming spirit was refreshing to experience. Great Kudo's to Yonatan. Let him know that Mrs. Rachel Foster said so.

  Alamo started off a little on the slow side for us, our car was not ready when we arrived despite having checking in early and prepaying. They made up for the slow show by getting us a clean and ready to go Chevy Equinox. The car worked out well and got great gas mileage. My only complaint is that the Equinox is a little under powered and freeway driving was a learning experience for me coming from a Sliverado with a V8. Our return was easy and fast with great help from the agent. I would rent from Alamo again.

  I had a great experience with Alamo! After returning my rental, I realized I had left a personal item in the car. I reached out to the team, and they went above and beyond to locate it and ship it back to me. The whole process was smooth and stress-free, and their customer service was friendly and responsive throughout. It's reassuring to know that when something goes wrong, a company will actually take the time to make it right. I'll definitely rent from Alamo again.

  Good Experience. The check in process was easy and quick. The car was new, clean, and what was reserved. The only bad part was returning the car, I blame this more on the Airport itself. The Car Rental return lanes/area was just not designed for the number of cars that were involved, over 40 minutes just in the line to get to the area where we could return the car. Make sure you give yourself time or you will be running late or could miss your flight. I would recommend and use Alamo again.

  I had an outstanding experience with Alamo Rent A Car at the A3 level rental car facility at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport, and a big part of that was thanks to Isiah. From the start, the process was smooth. The shuttle from the airport to the rental car depot was quick and easy, and the real game changer was using the “skip-the-counter” option. I signed up through the email link—took a couple tries to go through, but once it did, it was seamless. I went straight to car pickup without wasting time in line. I won’t be going back to the counter again. The moment I walked into the lot, I was greeted by Isiah, who was cheerful, professional, and exactly the kind of person you want to see after a long flight. I even told him how refreshing it was to be welcomed by someone genuinely smiling. He quickly scanned my barcode, then WALKED ME TO my vehicle options. He took the time to explain the pros and cons without rushing, and together we landed on a Hyundai Tucson—which turned out to be the perfect choice. Practically brand new with under 400 miles, clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed. Checkout was fast and efficient, and I was on the road in minutes. This was one of the easiest and most pleasant rental experiences I’ve had. Isiah is a real asset to Alamo, and this level of service is why I’ll continue renting from them going forward. Highly recommend.
