  The manager was very unprofessional. He was loud, unwilling to listen, and asked where I was from even though it had nothing to do with my battery purchase. He also mentioned, without me asking, that he is from Egypt. He gave me the wrong battery for my car, which forced me to buy new battery terminals from another place just to make it fit. When I told him I was unhappy with the customer service, he continued speaking loudly in Arabic to himself in a disrespectful manner. Additionally, he erased his name from the receipt and removed his name badge so I could not properly identify him in my complaint. I later heard from other staff that he is the store manager. Based on this experience, I believe he is completely unfit for a customer service position.

  Mike quickly diagnosed and replaced my car battery. He and his team were friendly and helpful, and they didn't try to upsell.

  My experience at Advance Auto Parts in Annandale has been very positive including my recent interaction with Eamad. I stopped to buy a battery but before purchasing one, Eamad diagnosed my battery and alternator charges. Both showed to be working fine. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and explained what it may be (not battery or alternator). He was very kind, patient, professional and knowledgeable and I so appreciated his good advice and information. Ask for him when you stop by....he's terrific!

  The battery for my car remote was low and I went in to ask if the cashier (white man with a long beard) could replace it for me and he said no and that it was against company policy to do that. I don’t understand why he couldn’t do that, especially if I bought the battery from there. I feel like he didn’t want to help me. Luckily I found a nice person in the parking lot to help me. I was in a bind and on my way to the Emergency Room to see my father. That cashier man was rude and didn’t have any compassion. Auto Zone replaces the battery for you. They replaced one for me before with no problems.

  Reciénteme estuve en la tienda la ayer la noche del sábado 03/14/26 litter river turnpike Annandale ,buscando repuesto busqué aceite filtros necesitaba frenos rotores iba gastar mis 800 o más , nunca pudieron atenderme elqué vende hablando por teléfono y no era del trabajo era llamada personal . más de media hora nunca pudo atenderme dejé todo y me fui a autozone de seguir esto así esta tienda se irá 💩 alaanteriormente si había personal muy calificado ahora👎 l
