Considero que esto es inaceptable, ya que al comprar el aceite nuevo y el filtro en el establecimiento, tengo derecho a disponer adecuadamente del aceite usado conforme a las políticas y normativas aplicables. Además, la atención brindada por parte del personal ha sido poco profesional. En varias ocasiones he percibido una actitud descortés y falta de disposición para ayudar, lo que ha generado una experiencia negativa como cliente. Solicito que se revise esta situación, se garantice un procedimiento adecuado para la recepción del aceite usado y se mejore la calidad de la atención al cliente.

He also mentioned, without me asking, that he is from Egypt. He gave me the wrong battery for my car, which forced me to buy new battery terminals from another place just to make it fit. When I told him I was unhappy with the customer service, he continued speaking loudly in Arabic to himself in a disrespectful manner. Additionally, he erased his name from the receipt and removed his name badge so I could not properly identify him in my complaint. I later heard from other staff that he is the store manager. Based on this experience, I believe he is completely unfit for a customer service position.

I stopped to buy a battery but before purchasing one, Eamad diagnosed my battery and alternator charges. Both showed to be working fine. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and explained what it may be (not battery or alternator). He was very kind, patient, professional and knowledgeable and I so appreciated his good advice and information. Ask for him when you stop by....he's terrific!

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
