  Everyone that was working during the afternoon shift on August 18, was BEYOND friendly and helpful. I needed help replacing a battery and all the major auto parts stores for whatever reason didn’t couldn’t install it due to a reset Mechanism switch, so i called here hoping they would save the day and they sure did :) i even brought my dog and immediately, all the guys fell in love with him lol. great, friendly and professional job all around :)

  Had a super good experience there! Went to get an oil change and Ellani, who works in the gas station part of it came out and offered me a free hot chocolate/coffee! Then later a cookie too. She is seriously the most friendly worker i’ve ever met at a gas station.

  Exceptional customer service! Ellini was an absolute pleasure as I waited for my Vehicle Inspection; personally offering coffee and snacks while customers waited! Highly recommend their fast, professional and courteous service!

  I like the service available and the hours on Sunday and the state inspection hours during the week.. I have had service done on several occasions and received excellent, satisfactory and kind service each time. Keep up the great service! My visit recently was for state inspection, but I’ve had my oil changed. And on one extreme emergency when my windshield motor died I received excellent advice on what to do. Thank you!

  I had an outstanding experience at Yates today. Julian handled my oil change, and he was exactly the kind of technician every customer hopes for—friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and respectful of my time. What I appreciated most was that there were no unnecessary upsells or pressure. He simply explained what was needed, completed the service quickly, and made the entire experience easy and professional. As Julian was doing his work, I stopped into the Yates store for a coffee, where Elleni greeted me with such genuine warmth that it honestly felt like I had walked into the lobby of the Ritz-Carlton. She made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in, and that level of hospitality is rare these days. Great people create great businesses, and Julian and Elleni are terrific ambassadors for Yates. Excellent service, exceptional customer care, and an experience that exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend Yates to anyone looking for honest, professional automotive service.
