  Extremely satisfied. Although my car didn't initially pass inspection, the team let me know what I needed to fix, and I was I was able to fix. The team at Yates worked my vehicle back in the inspection queue to ensure I didn't have to wait and had my vehicle reinspected before lunch.

  I’ve been coming here since 2017 and service has always been great. Whether I’m stopping in for a quick snack or getting an oil change, everything is fast and efficient. They even treat you to a free coffee or soda while you wait! Elleni is always so welcoming, and I always look forward to our quick chats. Highly recommend!

  Yates’ is my local go to. Service is speedy and thorough. They get the work done and don’t bulk up the bill with unnecessary add ons. They’ll give you an honest opinion or answers to your concerns. From managers to technicians to inside staff, everyone is very polite and friendly. Love the free car wash too!

  I went to Sunoco for a car inspection, and I had a great experience. The service was quick, and everything was handled efficiently. The staff provided very good customer service and made the process easy. While I was waiting, Elleni was very friendly and welcoming. She greeted me with a smile, spoke kindly, and made sure I was comfortable. She even offered me coffee, which I really appreciated. She checked in to see if I needed anything and made the whole experience feel warm and personal. Overall, it was a smooth visit. Sunoco has a great team, and Elleni is a wonderful employee who truly makes customers feel valued and welcome.

  I’ve been in for state inspection which went smoothly with fast service and friendly staff , came in today for oil change and they recommended filter replacements, which at another service elsewhere recently where they gave a ‘full inspection’ was completely ignored.. this was quickly taken care of and at fair price. Ylliey who works the station convenience store goes above and beyond to welcome customers, made sure I took advantage of the free coffee ( it was delicious and used fresh ground beans !) and even was out offering myself and customers waiting for service in house made cookies that were delicious . What could have been a stressful day was made much better by the welcoming staff and honest approach to service !
