Went in this morning for an inspection - Mike was so helpful, friendly, and honest. I had lived out of the area last year and I am so glad I am back - they are definitely my go to for inspections and other services. Elleni inside was probably one of the best customer service / counter people I have dealt with- she was truly trying to make sure my very BRIEF wait was comfortable. Thank you for a great experience that I had put off and dreaded.

I had such a great experience with Elleni! She was genuinely kind, patient, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. She made the whole interaction feel easy and pleasant, and you can tell she really cares about giving customers a good experience. It’s always nice to come across someone who has such a positive attitude and treats people with respect. Elleni is definitely a great employee, and her customer service really stood out to me.

The manager in the bay was very quick to notice me and asked what I needed. I advised him I needed 4 new tires on my 2020 Acura TLX. He said he could order them to be delivered by the next morning & he would call so I could bring my car to the station. Its a huge relief to get tires done. He was very polite, helpful & the job was done quickly. I will be certain to return for anything in the future. Thank you!

I’m writing this because I always have a great experience at Kingstown…every year they inspect and give the SUV a good check. I got the oil and filter changed at the same time. These guys are fast , competent, and answer all my questions since I have little knowledge about engines and such. I trust them so I can relax ,,they aren’t going to screw up anything. I’ve been going to Yeats for years, thought I’d give them a shout out, prices are good and I get coupons which helps me a lot. Thanks Guys
