  The staff - a special shout out to Bryan Flores - were so amazing and helpful at Yates Collision. They made a very complicated process with insurance claims, rental cars and payment super easy and maintained excellent communication the entire time. My car ended up looking so amazing - they took such great care of it! I've been so very pleased with the service and the results (the car seriously looks amazing!) I highly recommend going here for any car troubles.

  Yates did me a solid. A woman pulled out into my truck while I was waiting at a light. Yates worked with my insurance, repaired and repainted my truck and got me back on the road in about one week. My truck looks as good as new. I would recommend them to anyone.

  Last Tuesday, I paid over $1,000 to have my car repaired, so one can imagine how frustrating and stressful it was when my check engine light came on just 3 days later. I felt incredibly anxious and discouraged, especially heading into the weekend when my usual body shop was closed. Thankfully, I tried Yates Collision. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and clearly knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything, worked efficiently, and made a real effort to keep the cost reasonable. Most importantly, they helped ease my anxiety and turned a stressful situation into a positive experience. The team truly delivered and I'm grateful for their excellent service.
