    They did a complete paint job on my vehicle, glass out, new seals, etc 9 years ago. (NOT THROUGH INSURANCE) The roof is now rusting. They will not honor the lifetime rust warranty they claimed to me verbally some 9 years later. Other reputable shops do. Just make sure it's in writing. Find a shop that honors a rust warranty before you spend your own money.

    Yates has the best customer service. I came back when my car was hit because they’d done such a great job fixing my mom’s car previously. Very nice people there to help you and my car looks great again.
