  Took my car in for a new front bumper following a fender bender. The staff were courteous and my service advisor, Bryan, was great in keeping me up to date on the repair process. My car looks fantastic! Not only the front end, but the entire car which appears to have been buffed to remove paint marks from brushing against parking garage posts. Very pleased with the results. Would definitely recommend.

  I had an outstanding experience with Yates Collision / Old Town Auto Body. Bryan Flores was incredibly responsive, professional, and willing to work with me throughout the entire estimate process. What impressed me most was the level of customer service. After I was able to improve some of the cosmetic damage myself, I sent Bryan updated photos and asked whether the original repair scope was still necessary. Rather than simply sticking with the higher estimate, he reevaluated the work and substantially reduced the repair cost based on the vehicle’s current condition. That kind of honesty and flexibility is rare and speaks volumes about how Yates treats its customers. Bryan also took the time to explain the diagnostic procedures, answer my questions, and make sure I understood exactly what was included in the repair. I never felt pressured, and I genuinely felt like they were trying to arrive at the right repair rather than the most expensive one. Exceptional communication, professionalism, transparency, and customer service. I would absolutely recommend Yates Collision / Old Town Auto Body to anyone looking for a trustworthy body shop in Alexandria.

  I can’t say enough good things about my experience here, and especially Bryan. He was absolutely great to work with from start to finish and incredibly supportive while I dealt with a nightmarish insurance company from the driver who was at fault. Bryan did everything he could to make a frustrating situation as smooth and transparent as possible. He kept me informed throughout the process, was always straightforward about what was going on, and genuinely made me feel like he was in my corner. What really stood out was the service even after I picked up my car. I noticed a couple of small areas that needed some last-minute touch-ups after I had already left, and Bryan didn’t hesitate to help. He and his team went above and beyond to get everything buffed out and make sure I was completely happy with the finished product. Great work, great communication, and even better customer service. Huge thank you to Bryan and the entire team. I’d absolutely recommend them to anyone needing body work!

  Fantastic experience! Excellent customer service from Bryan Flores who worked with my budget and kept me updated on the status of repairs. Since I have a 2014 Volvo for which replacement parts were not available or were beyond my budget, the technician salvaged the existing wheel flare and trim and worked some magic. The work is impeccable and the cost was very reasonable. Great neighborhood business!

  From the moment I talked to Dara ,to the moment I turned my keys over to Bryan- the service was great. The repair work was excellent . It was a great experience from drop off to pick-up! I would highly recommend Yates Collision!!
