  Beware of potential scamming of service. So to start, I went here last year for my VA inspection. At the time of this inspection, I was told my tires were bad and my brake pads were aswell, with the back ones totally bad and the front at 20%. I had not been noticing any issues with my breaks and checked my tire tread myself, which seemed good (60k mile tires and I was at just under 40k miles). Fast forward to getting my VA inspection done again and low and behold, they told me the same thing again. My back breaks were bad and my front was at 20% and my tires needed replacing. He also came out and showed me my cabin and engine air filters and I agree to get them changed. He said they were doing a deal for the breaks, which came out to just shy of $1000 for both axels and $220 per tire. I had an appointment at my car dealership service department for a warranty replacement that same day so denied. He seemed a bit pushy and told me to bring it back and leave overnight and he would get the parts ordered immediately. Again I told him no and left. For one thing, you'd think that after a year, my supposedly bad back breaks and 20% front breaks would be in even worse condition. At the dealership I asked if they would do a multi-point inspection, with an emphasis on checking the breaks and tires. Once done I got a report that showed not only were my breaks good (7/10) but that they were deteriorating at the same rate too. Ontop of that, my tires were good (9/10 and 8/10). You know what was dirty and they recommended getting changed? The cabin and engine filters, which supposedly got switched out to brand new ones an hour before this. For extra fun, I stopped by a tire place and asked them to check my tires. Guess what we're totally in good condition? So not only were they telling me that certain parts needed immediate replacement (but the inspection report did not state this) but the thing they did replace was not brand new. If this doesn't give scammy vibes I don't know what does, and I will NOT be going back or recommending this place to anyone. If you go, please be very very careful what services you agree to.
