  Peter and the team at valvoline this saturday did a great job at both servicing the car and the driver(me). They informed me of what could be done, what needed to be done, and what I shouldn’t wait to do, as well as the best price they could offer for those jobs on the spot. the team moved quickly and efficiently. They all deserve the best!

  Daquan did my transmission Sergio the assistant manager was amazing. Peter was my consultant who helped me get through all my services they provided amazing amazing services were extremely professional and courteous. I love this Vavolin the guys were great. They took me through everything and explained everything I needed to know about my car. Who was the best experience I ever had the guys were so courteous so caring they made sure I knew everything that was going on show me the clean. Oil show me my old filter how dirty it was. Check my windshield wiper blades even wipe my blades for rocks Peter Peter is amazing. I will always go back and ask for him. show me all my levels that my radiator was good. My battery was good. I cannot rave enough about the staff there all the young men are really honorable. I definitely will continue to go back here. Best experience I’ve had at any shop And I’ve had a lot of cars

  Great guys with helpful and consistent service when it comes to oil changes ! I wouldn’t come here to replace transmission fluid though — they didn’t know the difference between a “drain and fill” and a “fluid flush”, after less than 3,000 miles I had to replace my transmission on a 4 year old car. Not saying it was their fault, but also not saying it wasn’t. But I’ve learned for something that delicate and expensive if something does go wrong — just take it to the dealership.

  I typically just get oil changes here but was naively convinced to get my radiator fluid replaced. I have a 2020 Honda Civic at 70k miles and was told I should have this service done every 50k and I’m 20k over. After consulting with a Honda professional, radiators on my model wouldn’t have to happen until 100k. On top of that, Valvoline used universal fluid (yellow liquid) and not the Honda compatible radiator fluid (blue liquid). I tried contacting this location to get this fixed but was told by the manager there is nothing that can be done. The universal radiator fluid is likely to damage my Honda over time and now I have to pay an extra fee to get it corrected. I feel taken advantage of all for an extra $100.

  I had a great experience at Valvoline! The service was fast, professional, and everyone was incredibly friendly. Juan, Imani, and Sam made an amazing team. They were knowledgeable, explained everything they were doing, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel pressured to purchase anything I didn't need. The whole process was efficient, and they worked together seamlessly to make sure my vehicle was taken care of. It's refreshing to receive customer service that's both professional and personable. Thank you, Juan, Imani, and Sam, for making my visit such a positive experience. I'll definitely be back and would highly recommend this location!
