  My car’s oil change notification came on so I had to get it taken care of, but thankfully I was able to have a great experience at this location! I was a first time customer of Valvoline and Dre was extremely helpful in explaining the whole process and making sure I understood everything. Kareem and Juan worked on my car and were also very helpful. Overall this was a great experience and I’ll definitely be back!

I love that I can stay in my car, keep working, and be in and out without missing a beat.   quan is always doing his best. daquan and sam also do a great job. this a team of great employees who always put the customer first and are very respectful. they always ask before charging anything. i honestly always come here to get my oil change and never have any issues. great place! definitely recommend

  At the first stop, the drive-thru I met Peter, who welcomed me with a warm greeting, and he asked about what kind of service I needed, which was for an oil change for my Mazda, he explained everything professionally after he scanned his suggestion. Also, my car does for transmission fluid change and air filteri I'm so happy with the quick service I received from Peter and all his co-workers very excellent job I appreciate and recommend to others Peter, His frendlly and welcoming personality is professional experience excellent!!!

  I have always gone to the Duke street location with quite a variety of vehicles. From a 93’ Chevy, 03’ Ford and an 07’ VW. By far the 93’ Chevy gets the most love for the space around the engine and the simplicity. I brought my ‘07 VW for an oil change this time and gave in the past. This was the first time I saw Sam working. She was wonderful! She checked to air on my tires which honestly is the last thing I want to do. She ignored a coworker talking about personal drama, and did not do any work while I was there on any car. She simply did her job and was very pleasant. The gentleman that took my information, I apologize I don’t remember your name. Was great, he appropriately tried to up sell. He offered to change my passenger air filter, not knowing what that means for a VW(I do it myself). He took my no amicably. Overall, the best experience there I’ve had with my ‘07 VW. Sam is a keeper!!!
