The oil delivery truck was there when I got in, so there was a short wait, but Brandon explained the situation, sincerely apologized, and even offered me a cold bottle of water while I waited. He kept me informed throughout the process, made everything clear, and ensured the service was quick and easy once they got started. Excellent customer service and professionalism—I truly appreciated the care and communication. Thank you, Brandon!

They had me in and out in 20 minutes on a super hot day and were patient with my questions and explaining everything to me. Happy to have the Valvoline team in the neighborhood and will definitely be back!

I’ve had enough bad experiences with other shops that I’m always worried about leaving with more problems than I came in with. Whether it was an oil change or something as simple as getting tires installed, I’ve had vehicles come back with issues that my regular mechanic had to fix. Because of that, I’m pretty cautious about where I take my car. That wasn’t the case here. Everything was straightforward, transparent, and done in under 20 minutes. I never even had to get out of my car. The staff was friendly, professional, and made the whole process easy. Their hours are also perfect for anyone working a 9-to-5. It’s a huge relief knowing I can stop in for an oil change without having to coordinate schedules, take time off work, or drive hundreds of miles past when I should have changed my oil. I’ll definitely be back.

August, Amir, and Tevin assisted us and they were awesome. It's a super speedy place, and they rarely have lines because they are so efficient. I'm literally so surprised about the 5-star service of this place -everyone here crushes it. Valvoline should be so proud of this location. They even gave our dog some treats. Highly recommend this place!!!
