  Got my oil changed on a Sunday afternoon and they had me in and out in less than 20 minutes. Brandon was kind, personable and knowledgeable about the maintenance my car needed during the service. The entrance was a little hard to find, but I was able to go on with my day after my oil change. Thanks so much. I'll be see ya in 5,000 miles

  Fast and efficient, with a better process and superior service compared to other quick lube chains. Prices are comparable to other places, and they're typically running a coupon. I've historically done my own car maintenance, when using shops I prefer shops like this that use top extraction rather than draining from the pan...one less thing to go wrong, no chance to cross thread the drain plug, forget to replace the crush washer, or round the plug head with sloppy wrenching.

  Just relocated to the area after a long 16-hour drive and decided to drop in for an oil change. The team here was truly phenomenal—professional, helpful, and great at explaining exactly what services I needed.   Store Manager Byron and his team are very professional and extremely knowledgeable. They were quick and efficient at completing my oil change and other items. Byron also identified during the process that a previously installed oil filter by Wiygul in Alexandria, VA, was installed improperly and was broken, and that they had never removed the old oil before pouring new oil - nearly doubling the max amount for my vehicle. Thank you again Byron and your team at Valvoline in Alexandria, VA on Mount Vernon.
