  We picked up our brand-new 2026 Honda Accord today from Sheehy Honda of Alexandria, and we couldn't be happier with the experience! A huge shout-out to Ms. Ayesha for helping us every step of the way. She was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and never made us feel pressured. She listened to what we were looking for, answered all of our questions, and helped us make the best decision for our needs. Buying a car can be stressful, but Ms. Ayesha made the entire process smooth, easy, and enjoyable. We absolutely love our new Honda Accord and are so grateful for her outstanding customer service.   I had a great experience working with Ms. Ayesha, Very approachable , patient, and answered all of my questions throughout the entire process.   Came in with an appt for a maintenance A at 1030ish AM. Turned out I had some recalls. So I told them, I'd go do some errands and come back later. I come back at ONE PM... NOTHING has been started, and they keep telling me it would take long. But why wasn't the oil changed? They gave me an uber voucher to get home and told me I had to be back by 7 before they closed. A few hours later, I get a text telling me they weren't done and I could get it the next day. They had my car for a damn day and a half, and couldnt even rinse off the pollen?? Fast forward today - I get a text about a seatbelt recall and they are asking me to schedule an appointment... soooo did they lie about fixing it when I was there? Is my seatbelt broken? I had to call MULTIPLE times to get ahold of someone to FINALLY determine that my recall had been completed and AI sent the text... MIND you I have NEVER EVER gotten a text about a recall in my whole time having this car. If you wanna take your car here for service, go ahead, but be sure to take a few days off of work.. cause that is how long you are gonna be sittin there, playin candy crush while they do 500 other things but work on your car. oh, and to make things better, I have a car wash voucher waiting for me. hooray.

  I’m not one to do many reviews on places however have come here twice to do an oil change , has been the worst experience. I scheduled Both times and both times was given ridiculous wait times . My latest time said they probably wouldn’t even get to do an oil change till following day . My appointment was for 12:45 so wasn’t early or late . Worst part out of all of this is I have maintenance plan with this dealership . Made a call to another Honda dealer ship said they could have me in and out in about 1.5. To 2 hours max. If you can avoid doing service here at Sheehy I would highly advise it no point of appointment if it takes minimum 4 hours or a day plus to do a simple oil change and tire rotation
