Every advisor has great customer service but I want to give a special shoutout to Endzo who always communicates every step of the way and ensures that being a valued customer is at the forefront with every conversation. I always leave with a smile and with a genuinely better mood than I arrived with.

  I purchased a 2015 Honda Fit from this dealership in August, it was a complete lemon. First week of ownership the transmission was replaced by the dealer free of charge. When I picked up the car it cranked hard, on the way home (80 miles from dealership) the check engine light came on. I returned to the dealership and one of the sales managers said it was probably the gas I used or needed a new gas cap….ok. I had my local Honda dealership look at it they diagnosed failed VTC actuator and failed timing chain. I didn’t panic much because I purchased the extended warranty through EasyCare it was sold to me as everything covered with a $200 deductible. Sadly I ended up paying over $2000 while the warranty company only paid about $1700 in repairs. I was also informed that my catalytic converter was recommended to be replaced because it may fail soon with these new repairs I declined. I purchased a new Toyota Prius as the Honda Fit was unreliable in my opinion. I had red flags and a bad feeling through the entire purchase. A $10,000 car needed $10,000 worth of work, I doubt I’ll ever buy another Honda.

  Nancy was absolutely amazing. Our experience was flawless and there was no back and forth negotiations. I expressed my wants and needs via text prior to driving an hour to the dealership. Numbers didn't change when I got there like they have at previous dealerships which made everything seamless. They matched what carvana offered for my trade in so we were able to do everything in house which saved us so much time. I 100% recommend buying a car from Sheehy Honda of Alexandria, just make sure you ask for Nancy!

  I'm honestly very disappointed. I started bringing my car here after the original dealership I purchased my car from was rebranded. They consistently overcharge for labor, claiming a job will take hours but it's done in half the time. I normally would be ecstatic over this, if it wasn't for the fact they charge almost 500 dollars for basic maintenance the guy at Exxon can do for half. My most recent experience, I call ahead of time and schedule an appointment. The lady on the phone said it was a 120 minute job. I get there at 3 and they say it'll take until closing due to shop renovations. One of the things I wanted was to replace my key fob battery; my battery was dead and required me to tap the fob to the button to start. The tech refused to take my car until I purchased a new battery from the parts department, claiming he did not want to confuse his guys. If these mechanics don't know how to start my car with a dead fob, I am VERY concerned on whether or not they know what they're doing. When they finally take my car back 20 minutes later, after I wait in line at the parts department, I wait SEVERAL HOURS. After two hours I started asking how long. Kept telling me my car would be done soon. 2 hours later I'm the last in the shop. 800 bucks for basic maintenance and transmission fluid. The video I got from the mechanic was talking about something but I couldn't make out what he was saying. My service tech laughed it off and said he doesn't speak much English, and that it was probably recommending a brake flush. Probably? Then this dealership has the nerve to ask me about trading my car in for a new one. They can't even do a good job taking care of my current Honda; why on earth would I buy one from this place? Will never be taking my car back here again, and I recommend you guys don't either. Landmark is 20 minutes away and have better rates for service and deals for sales. This place sucks.
