  I had the worst experience of my life at this place. I went there for a diagnosis because I was hearing a clunking noise from under my car, and I ended up being scammed by them. I paid $250 for a diagnosis, and they told me to replace the side engine mount ($500), the drive belt tensioner ($540), and the drive belt ($35, plus the cost of installing the parts). I bought all the parts as genuine Honda parts and installed them, but nothing changed. The problem is still there; I'm still hearing the same clunking noise. So I decided to go back to them to explain the problem and tell them they gave me the wrong diagnosis. When I arrived, a very arrogant guy greeted me and told me that if I wanted another diagnosis, I would have to pay again because it wasn't their problem anymore (there's no warranty). Now I'm one less customer of this place, and I'll never go back. I also don't recommend anyone go there to have a bad experience like mine.

  On 8/28/2026 I took my daughters 2022 Civic Touring in for service and the experience was Terrible. The day after the oil change and service the splash shield fell off on the highway while driving near Manassas. The car required additional service at Koons Honda in order to fix it. Sheehy's sloppy work was brought to the service managers attention and she gave me lip service. GO ELSEWHERE FOR HONDA SERVICE THIS PLACE IS A SLOPPY AND EXPENSIVE!!

From the moment we walked in, the entire Honda team was friendly, accommodating, helpful, and genuinely kind. They made the entire car-buying process smooth, easy, and stress-free. A very special thank you to Ms. Ayesha Spivey for going above and beyond to assist us with everything—from helping us understand the car and completing the paperwork to helping us with the insurance process. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and supportive every step of the way. We truly appreciate all her help! Her assistance was especially meaningful to us Filipinos.   ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an excellent experience at Sheehy Honda, especially with Ayesha, who went above and beyond to help us choose our first car in the United States. From the moment we met her, she was friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in understanding what we needed. She never made us feel pressured and took the time to explain our options and answer all of our questions. Ayesha made the entire process comfortable and stress-free, and we are very happy with our decision to purchase our Honda Pilot.
