  Safelite continues to provide excellent service. This was my second time using them. The last time was over 10 years ago, and my recollection was that they were very good. This time around confirmed my recollection. Setting the appointment was a snap; I was able to get an appointment within a few days; the technician was communicative, professional, and highly competent; and the price was very reasonable. This combination is pretty rare these days. I would recommend them without reservation.

  WOW! This was the best experience ever. Returned to my almost new Range Rover after a short drive and found a 15 inch crack had appeared in my windshield (looked like a tiny stone had hit it). Checked out the Safelite website the next day, filled in my info, made an appointment at a convenient time 2 days later. They submitted insurance claim -- everything was so organized and perfect! Dropped off car at 9 am and it was DONE, perfectly, all replaced and re-calibrated, by around 1 pm. They even carefully peeled off and re-applied my parking and gate access stickers (I didn't even ask -- just assumed I would have to get replacements). This was a GREAT experience.

  Went to have a leaking windshield replaced. It had been installed poorly by a place out of town. The technician started by giving me disclaimers before even looking at the windshield. Told me my car was old and it was probably my sunroof leaking and he didn't want to get blamed for any leaking that might occur after his install. A wordy way to tell me you don't know what you are doing. I canceled, went elsewhere, and a professional replaced it. The end.

  This shop is literally impossible to contact - all phone calls go to vmail (where you can't leave a message). I talked to the corporate claims office, and they couldn't even get in touch with the shop *How they can tolerate that is beyond me - they apparently don't care about their business. Safelite used to be a well run organization - I have used them several times in the past, not sure what they did where there is no accountability on service - I had to cancel my claim with corporate - will never use Safelite again.

  Isaac was my service rep and he is completely incompetent. I asked him not to touch any of the stickers if there was a chance he might damage them. At the end of the replacement he showed me my $500 rfid tag sticker completely destroyed and said he tried the best he could. Customer service was no help with the issue. This guy needs to find a job where communication and comprehension are not necessary because he is incapable of either. I will never return here. Isaac is terrible at the job and if these are the people they employee I do not trust them to work on my car.
