  Cannot commend Ernie enough for helping me out in a bind, and being so honest with me regarding my tires. Turns out they just needed some air and no patches, so it was a free service. Thanks Ernie for being so helpful, honest, respectful, and helpful to keep me safe in the road!

  I am giving this location some grace cause I have never experienced this before but hadn’t been to them since 2023.This last visit was the worst ever. I only had to get my two front breaks and rotors changed and it took 3hrs and my car was taken back within 15min of me arriving at 9am. They need to either step up their game or be more vocal with the customer. They don’t even have a vending machine. It ended up take practically 4 hours. My car was pulled around at about 12:50pm 😬

Ernie’s unparalleled customer service is what brings me to NTB and what keeps me coming back time after time!!!!!!   I pre booked service with tires that were in stock. I arrived at my appointment only to be informed that they didn't have my tires in stock. Couldn't tell me that while I was in store called me to reschedule after I had driven away. I'm not understanding the point of online reservations if you can't supply services as requested.

  I would not recommend this location based on my experience. I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service at NTB Tire & Service Centers. I was told the service would take about two hours, so I left and returned after two and a half hours. However, when I came back, my car was still in the exact same spot and had not been touched. I tried calling for an update and was placed on hold for about three minutes, only to have my call disconnected without any assistance. When I spoke with staff in person, they simply said they were busy, without offering any explanation or apology. This experience felt very unprofessional and frustrating. I understand that delays can happen, but there should be clear communication and respect for customers’ time. Unfortunately, this was not the case here.
