10/10 service everytime! They take the time to explain everything to you and make you very comfortable. The guys are very knowledgeable and Antonio is the best! Definitely recommend if you’re in the area looking for vehicle maintenance and/or repair!
My husband brought our car in because one of the tires was losing air. Brandon at NTB on Richmond Hwy did a great job diagnosing the problem. He was professional and took good care of us. We were back on the road in no time! I would highly tecommend.
This shop should be an example for other retail stores on how to treat customers. I experienced a tire emergency, and these guys and their team came to the rescue. I came SUPER last minute, no appointment and they took care of me. Honestly SUPERB customer service and I genuinely loved my interaction with everyone on the team. Mr. Antonio the store manager was an absolute breath of fresh air on how to deal with customers. He coordinated with his team and got me situated so fast, I had to write this note. His energy is so welcoming even though it was at the end of the day! I loved it.
Shout out to the team members who also assisted, Mr. Brandon the front store receptionist was super cool and understandable of my situation....he got me in and out of the door flawlessly, great energy and great customer service. Mr. EJ and Mr. Noland are the techs that took care of my car, they did my tire swap like it was their own cars, FANTASTIC job! Very grateful for them
I don't review places much, but this spot deserved this recognition. It's the least I can do for their EXCELLENT service. Will be back 1000%. Well done lads. Raises are needed!

previously left a 5-star review because the customer service was great during my initial visit. Unfortunately, just two weeks later, my experience has been very different.
I paid to have all four tires installed and balanced, but the balancing was apparently not done correctly, which led to TPMS warnings and dashboard alerts shortly afterward. I was then charged $69.99 to replace TPMS sensors, even though I was originally told that if the sensors were found to be bad during installation, the replacement cost would only be $14.99 each.
A week after getting the tires, I had my rear brakes serviced elsewhere, and they were able to address the sensor issue. I also had an appointment at NTB for the TPMS problem at 5:00 PM and didn't get my vehicle back until after the store had closed.
Now, less than two weeks after purchasing four new tires, I have a nail in one of them. Despite purchasing tires with a 20,000-mile warranty, I was told I would need to buy a brand-new tire rather than have it replaced under warranty.
Overall, I feel like I'm constantly being upsold and charged for additional services rather than having issues resolved. The customer service was friendly, but the experience after the sale has been frustrating and expensive. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be returning for future service.
