  Brandon was excellent. Tech couldn't get the Lug nuts off of one of my tires, mechanic had already left, so he asked me to come back the next day when the mechanic arrived so they could properly service my vehicle needs.

  Even though the customer service line routed me to the wrong location the manager Brandon still render exceptional service 👏. He was will to even help the technician so that we would not have to wait long. Just 30 minutes before closing and Brandon was still willing to satisfy our vehicle. Thanks to Brandon and his team we are safe on the road again. We will be coming back.

  Thank you to Brandon and his team at NTB (7734 Richmond Hwy). This was my second time at this location and I couldn’t be more pleased or impressed. This time I went in without an appointment because my Volvo tire pressure light came on. I dropped off my car and went to the shopping center next store. The car was completed in the time they told me. The tire was still good—they even took it off the car and put it in a liquid bath to make sure there were no leaks. Then they put air in all of my tires and checked me out—I don’t pay a dime!! So impressed and thankful. They were honest and helpful. I will definitely going back—they are 2 for 2!! Thank you Brandon!!

  Went here for a check on my vehicle to find out what my dealer couldn't provide me with ,first there customer service is great they didn't charge me for the check got discount when I come back to do servicing I would recommend.

  Had a great experience at NTB! Brandon and Antonio were very helpful. They installed a full set of new Goodyear tires on my vehicle and rear brake pads. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and kept me informed throughout the process. The work was done quickly, and the ride feels noticeably better. Really appreciate the quality service and attention to detail. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend them to anyone needing tires or serv
