  Zoubir and Micah gave exceptional service in my time of need. Although they had a full day of appointments they were able to fit me in. From the quick service and great price Zoubir and Micah were top-notch in every respect. I highly recommend going to this NTB! Thank you kind sirs! 👍👍👍

  I should’ve written this review a while ago. I have a Honda, which has the most sensitive tire sensors known to man, so I’m always stopping by for a complimentary tire pressure check. Today, however, Omar and Zanbit (sp?) saved my butt. I came by to get my tire pressure checked and they noticed that the bottom of my car was dragging and helped me to put in place a temporary measure. By getting ahead of this issue, they literally saved me thousands of dollars. Highly recommend!!

  Great experience at NTB Alexandria. I had to replace a tire after a piece of scrap metal ripped through my original one, and they made the process very easy. The online pricing was accurate, scheduling was convenient, and they kept me updated on the tire’s arrival and were very accommodating with timing. Fair and transparent pricing, fast service, clean office, and everyone was polite and professional. Their extended hours on certain days are also very helpful. Overall, a smooth experience and I would definitely come back.

  This was my first time going in. I was a bit desperate because I commute an hour and a half to the Post Office I work in every single day, and my only day off is Sunday. My car has been sitting with a flat tire because Carmax in Woodbridge sold me a car with a tire that was so low, that when it went flat 6 months later you could see the threads around the inside of the tire. Anyway, I was forced to drive my gas guzzling truck this last month while I waited for the opportunity to get the tire fixed at a decent price. I went I. Skeptical of everyone after what Carmax had done to me, and Alejandro at the desk was very patient with me and all my questions. He didn't take anything personal when I became irritated regarding the website leading me to believe my appointment would have my tire there and ready to install, the discounts etc. I am Autistic so when thongs aren't as expected, it slows down my processing of information dramatically which made him have to explain things several times. He even inviback to look at his monitor. His patience with me knowing I am different this happens impressed me. His customer service skills are beyond reproach! In the end, my tire was ordered and installed without incident. When I picked it up, the mechanic who installed it, William, had heard of my issue with Carmax and reassured me that he inspected all of my other tires and they looked great. He installed, balanced, inspected all, checked all my fluids and everything was less than $150.00. I had priced a local car place in Arlington that had a 5 star review who couldn't do one tire for less than $200. I was very impressed with this King St. Service that helped me out in 1 day notice!
