  The owner is prob the most upfront and transparent auto guy I’ve ever come across in the best way possible! I’ve brought both of my cars here and had such a wonderful experience. They don’t try to upsell, they don’t try to find other things wrong to “fix”. It’s very easy and quick service that don’t bs you! I’d highly recommend!

  Appointment was quick and easy, they had my tires in stock. Personally where great. I had my tires balanced, but it still had a shake when driving. Will return to have them check balancing again. Frustrating part is trying to find the number to call to reach the place I had my tires serviced. Menu and website is focused towards appointments not customer service

  Save your time and money. I spent hours at this shop, and they failed to fix the issue. The experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. After this experience, I will never come back and cannot recommend this shop to anyone. Please read the negative reviews carefully—they reflect exactly what I experienced.

  I had new tires shipped to the Mr. Tire Auto Service Center on South Pickett Street and had a very disappointing experience. After my tires were installed, the shop called to tell me my rear rotors were worn out, dangerous, and needed to be replaced. I was told there was a bad groove in the rotor and a lip on the edge. I have replaced and machined rotors before, so I asked to see them. When I came in and looked at the rotor myself, I did not see the groove or lip that had been described to me. I declined the rotor replacement but agreed to have the brake pads replaced and the brake fluid flushed. I was also charged for an oil and filter change. The next day, I drove to visit family, and once I reached about 60 mph, the entire vehicle started vibrating. After having new tires installed, I would have expected the shop to at least identify whether an alignment or balance issue needed to be addressed before releasing the vehicle. Instead, I left the shop after spending roughly $600 and immediately had a drivability issue. Three days later, I received a voicemail saying the mechanics “had a concern” they wanted to discuss with me. When I called back, the shop was closed. That was extremely frustrating. If there was a safety or mechanical concern, I would expect it to be identified and discussed before the vehicle was returned to me, especially since I had been driving my wife and 5-month-old child in that vehicle. At this point, I have lost confidence in the work performed and in the recommendations I was given. I am now questioning whether all of the services I paid for were actually completed properly, including the oil and filter change. I do not feel that the communication, inspection process, or quality control met a reasonable standard. I will not be returning to this location and would caution others to ask for documentation, photos, measurements, and before-and-after service details before approving work here.
