First off, I have been here a few times and the service done to my car has always been great. I never feel swindled into buying things and they always explain things well. So in terms of work done on my car, I would recommend. However, the last time I visited, I scheduled an oil change for 8am. Now I assumed that if I made an appointment, that an oil change wouldn't take more than 2 hours max. So I waited around the area, visiting the shops around the mechanic. 2 hours pass and I receive no phone call to pick up my vehicle. I return to this store to see about an estimated wait time. When I go in, the man at the front desk is flabbergasted that I would ask if he knew what the eta on my car was. He said, unless you specifically tell them that you need it done at a certain time, that it'll be finished at 5pm. Now that's fine, but I wish it had been more clear what the usual wait time was or was given a heads up when I made the appointment or when I dropped off the car. Specifically the reason I will not be coming back is that when I came in to check about my eta, the man at the front desk got really annoyed at me and continuously put the blame on me. I never once came in being accusatory so I did not appreciate being scolded for asking a simple question. My advise to people coming here, make sure you ask as many questions as you can when you drop off your car.

They went above and beyond in getting my car’s brake system corrected. They kept going until they found the problem. Highly recommend. You couldn’t ask for a better repair station.
