  I made a reservation for 9AM several days in advance. I showed up around 9:15AM and was informed they’re waiting for more cars to be delivered and it would be a half hour or so. I asked if making a reservation and then having to wait almost an hour was standard to which the worker said yes and that it all depends on returns. Wouldn’t common sense tell you that if you have a reservation made days in advance, that you should have a car ready? If it all depends on returns, that’s a bad process to go by. I rent from a couple other car rental companies and enterprise is probably the worst. This specific location didn’t really care.

  I have rented from multiple enterprises in the area without any issues for years now. I had a rental scheduled for pick up at 1 PM and arrived 15 minutes early to be told that there were no cars available at the moment and I would have to wait 30 minutes to one hour. After almost two hours I finally received my rental. I selected a mid size car and got placed In a compact car. When I called back to the location and asked if I could come back tomorrow to swap out the car for a mid size, when there were more vehicles available the lady who answered was rude and dismissive over something so simple. I don’t know if she was upset or maybe not comprehending what I asked but, after waiting for two hours patiently I didn’t complain or pester her the whole time or raise my voice at her even when she wanted to debate over the size of a car, I simply asked to swap the vehicle which i have done in the past without any issues or sidebars by employees numerous times. I’m disappointed because i have been to numerous enterprises throughout the country and have never had a bad experience. So today was a total shock and disappointment. If your forced to rent from this location I recommend that you call and make sure they have a vehicle available so you won’t experience what I had to today.
