I have used Enterprise in Alexandria, VA several times over the years. Additionally, I used Enterprise in Chicago in April and San Diego in May. Consistently excellent customer service. Jaylynn and Sean were particularly helpful in Alexandria, Va September/October 2026.

Renting a car from Enterprise was pretty cool. The staff are friendly and respectful. Explanation of the features of the vehicle was very clear and helpful being that it was my first time to drive a Jeep. It was very clean and I can tell you, I enjoy it. When it comes to rent a car again, Enterprise will be my first priority 👍

The staff were so professional and FRIENDLY! I was in and out quickly. The return was also very smooth. This will forever be my favorite location to rent from.

My insurance company rented me a car from here while mine was in the body shop. Gave them the car back on 8/31. 9/2 got a phone call letting me know my insurance had paid in full for the rental and there were no issues with the car I returned that needed to be settled--not even a charge for gasoline. But every week since then, they've charged the account I left on file for the deposit an amount between $80-$170. Every time I see another charge I call them and ask why they're charging me. Every time, someone there says they don't know, and gives me a number to call that's not in service. The most recent charge was on 9/25. $110. For a car I dropped off almost a month ago. Why? They don't know.
