  This review is in reference to my rental from 5/29/2026 to 6/2/2026 -- I wish to thank, at this time: Jailen, Jacob & Sean. But, more (despite the commendable talents of an ample workforce) is to expressly thank their leader on the day I rented the 2024 Nissan Sentra, I got: Gary. Gary set the tone from the word "go" by treating my wife and me with the utmost respect when we came in. The neighboring competitor, Hertz, supremely let us down by not having a rental -- despite my making a reservation 72 hours prior. He could tell our despair, but went into fast-paced action by immediately processing my info, had Jacob & Sean clean the Nissan within 15 minutes, and offered a 12% discount due to my active duty service and being in Virginia for an event related to my upcoming renewal of vows. For the love of all that is good and pure, can you ask for anything more from a franchised car rental agency? Well done, Enterprise on Edsall Road!

  Janae is the branch manager here and I’d give her 10 stars if I could for her service! She took a very difficult situation (they didn’t receive any returned cars the morning I was picking up) and turned it around as fast as she could and didn’t stop until all customers were satisfied. She is a problem solver and nothing gets in her way! Thanks so much Janae! Also, shout outs to Jaylen and Jacob for your great work ethic and making the whole process smooth from beginning to end.

  We've been to this location a few times before in the past, but it appeared to be an entirely new crew in this time around and the experience was great. We've been shopping for a new ride after having our Escalade stolen, and rentals were absolutely killing us. We had been using Turo and those experiences were not and miss (more in that in another review). After a few months, we'd paid thousands for rental cars and decided let's just make a decision on which car to buy.... .... but below we did... we needed one more rental....or two My wife found out we could get better rates with our Costco membership so we landed at this location and got a Buick Enclave... which i think was because all the other standards were either gone or my wife paid more than I expected. Still not sure yet... But we met Jalen (like Rose) and she took great care of us. They were running a really smooth operationin there because we thought with all the people there already, we might be waiting a while. Nope. Took us maybe 25 minutes.... We needed to extend another day and that was easy to do as well. If we ever need a future rental even though we purchased our new ride (see pics) we hope our Insurance Company sends us to this location.

  I wish there was 0 star because that’s what they deserves. Waited over 3 hrs inside and very slow customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this specific location to anyone!!

  By far the most incompetent Enterprise location I’ve ever dealt with. Enterprise was supposed to pick me up from a body shop less than half a mile away. After waiting more than 30 minutes with no pickup, I gave up and paid for an Uber out of my own pocket just to get to the branch. When I finally arrived, I was told it would be another 30-40 minutes before I could leave with my rental car. How does a rental car company not have vehicles ready for customers with reservations? You know exactly how many reservations you have each day. This level of disorganization is absurd. To make matters worse, when I asked if they could simply transfer my reservation to another nearby Enterprise location that had vehicles available, the staff refused to help and told me I would have to handle it myself. As a result, I had to pay for another Uber and go home without a rental car at all. The entire experience was a complete waste of time and money. Poor planning, poor customer service, zero accountability, and absolutely no effort to help a customer solve a problem that Enterprise created in the first place. Avoid this location if you value your time.
