Solo nos dijeron que : Lo sentimos , no tenemos carros por el momento!! 😡 Nos enojamos , y después de todo , volvimos a rentarlo para el siguiente ida : 08 de Mayo 2026 , y estamos aquí , y de nuevo nada !! Pedimos hablar con el manager , y dijo que no hay manager . Tengan MUCHO CUIDADO aquí no son nada respetuosos con los clientes .

- EFElizabeth FrancoApr 11, 20261.0I rented an SUV on April 1st at 12:30 PM. While we were on our way to our destination, we had to return to the store. I called customer service, and they told me that I could return the car to any location since the vehicle was in poor condition. When we arrived at another location, they told us that we had to return the car to the same store where we originally rented it. We lost 3 hours of our time because of this. The first vehicle they gave us had a trunk that would not open and was dirty. They then gave us another vehicle that was also dirty. Despite this, we are being charged a cleaning fee, even though both vehicles were given to us in dirty condition. Additionally, we were charged for gas, even though the vehicle was only three-quarters full when it was given to us. Overall, it was a terrible experience.
