- AMAlan MyklebustOct 4, 20265.0The Richmond Hwy location in Alexandria Virginia is fantastic! After a bad experience in another location, they renewed my trust in Enterprise. Jordan and Stanley were friendly, helpful and professional. Highly recommended!
- DBDennis BenitezSep 30, 20265.0Very helpful with every question I had. Definitely recommend it
- DNDominique NeelySep 4, 20264.0Super busy when I got here, quinn was working alone and absolutely killed the customer service and organizing returns, quick clean and renting out vics in an orderly fashion.. out standing and he needs more support, but this place is lucky to have him. Computers weren't working so he needed to keep calling other branches to make things happen for the customers he had waiting (about 8 people in a 45 min period). Well done.
- MDMari DAug 20, 20265.0I had a great experience with Enterprise, and I especially want to recognize Jeron! From the very moment he looked up to greet me, he had such a genuine smile and welcoming attitude. He seemed to be the only one there, yet he was still attentive, friendly, and made the entire process pleasant. When I returned the rental, it was the same experience—Jeron was there on his own again, and once again greeted me with that same genuine smile and kindness. Great customer service can make such a difference, and Jeron definitely deserves to be recognized for his! Thank you, Jeron!
- LFluvn faithblvAug 16, 20265.05/5 Stars – Jordan turned my experience completely around! I reserved a specific vehicle weeks in advance, and when I arrived, I was thrilled to find that Jordan had ensured the exact car was ready and waiting for me. It was a newer model, spotless, and in great condition. Jordan was absolutely amazing—professional, warm, sociable, and incredibly knowledgeable. This was actually my second time interacting with him, and he has single-handedly changed my opinion of this location. In the past, I usually left wondering if I needed to start renting elsewhere, but Jordan completely changed my expectations. Thank you, Jordan, and thank you, Enterprise, for providing such exceptional service to our community. I’ll definitely be back!
