She managed customers expectations and experience as best as she could. Unfortunately the enterprise company(area manager)has failed this location. Low inventory and long waits. Arrived 20 minutes before my 730 scheduled pickup and drove off the lot at 845am in a vehicle type that I didnt reserve. (Vehicle type wasn’t available) Wouldn’t recommend this location if you don’t have a bit of extra time to wait. Consider Murphys Law when selecting this location
