  I just had a horrible experience with this rental car location which I booked through Costco. I am a senior citizen and after a 20 hour train ride from Florida I arrived to pick up my rental car that I had booked the day before. I got an email after booking the room asking me to “check-in” and provide a credit card number. I tried twice to process the card and was unable to do so. When I got to the office, I mentioned this and the attendant said “we don’t do cc online”, or something to that effect. I presented two different credit cards. My debit card was not acceptable since my drivers license was out of state. My other card (visa) did not have my name printed on the card (security reasons) and was not accepted either. It was a new card and had not used it much so was unaware that my name was missing. I had forgotten to sign the other side. I was unable to rent a car and being late I had no alternative than to find a hotel to stay the night instead of proceeding with my trip to Pennsylvania. Both the employees in the office were completely unfazed by my predicament. I was totally dejected and sat down awhile to figure out my next move. The two attendants continued to talk about other cars for other customers. Depressed, stunned and angry at the way I was treated. It seems going through Costco is no help either.

  I had a great experience with Enterprise at the Alexandria Huntington location for my rental from May 8th through May 11th. The gentleman who assisted me provided excellent customer service from start to finish. He was professional, helpful, and made the rental process smooth and easy. I appreciated how welcoming and attentive he was, especially when answering questions and making sure everything was handled properly. The vehicle was ready, clean, and met my needs for the rental period. The pickup and return process were both efficient, which made the overall experience stress-free. I truly appreciated the level of service at this location and would definitely rent from Enterprise here again. Great customer service makes a big difference, and the team at the Alexandria Huntington location delivered.

  Made a reservation 3 days before pickup. When I arrived, no car was on the lot and was told car was in for repairs and should be 30mins. Came back 45 mins later and was told it should be another 45mins-1hr, but no guarantees. Had to cancel and find another way to travel. Completely crazy how you can make a reservation, it is confirmed, then no cars at all are available. Reported to HQ and no one even has decency to call back. DO NOT RISK GOING HERE!!!

  I had a very disappointing experience with this company due to the staff’s complete lack of knowledge about driver’s licenses. I presented my Class A license (Commercial Driver’s License - CDL), which is for commercial heavy vehicles. The employee refused to accept it, saying he needed to check with his supervisor. After 30 minutes, he came back and said they couldn’t accept it. When I asked if he knew the difference between Class A and Class D licenses, he admitted he had no idea. I then asked what class his own regular driver’s license was — he said ‘regular driver license’ but didn’t even know if it was Class D, A, or C, or what those classes mean at all. This level of ignorance from someone working at a car rental company is unacceptable. They don’t understand basic licensing classifications, yet they’re making decisions about customers’ valid licenses. Extremely unprofessional — I left frustrated and won’t be returning

  Staff members were great the only thing I didn’t like was the GMC vehicle that I had was not a good vehicle for me I didn’t like it
