  I really appreciate how coordinated the team at this store were when I came in to address a warranty issue with a Water Pump I had purchased. I called in a day before about the warranty issue, and I was told to come in the next day to speak to the manager. I came in the next with the failed part, but the manager I was told to speak to was on break; and the staff I spoke to on the phone was off that day (which he told me). So I was fully expecting to have to repeat myself all over again and reexplain everything I had discussed with the staff on the phone, but to my surprised they had already relayed everything to the other manager that was on duty. She already knew exactly what I was in the store for and why I was there. I didn't have to say much. This was one of the smoothest customer experiences I have ever had in a while. The entire warranty situation was handled in no time and I was on my way out the door. I have never seen a team so in-tune like this before. Shout out to Cornell, Tabatha and the entire team at AutoZone.

  If I could leave a lower review, I absolutely would. Went in buy oil, found it on the shelf with a clearance tag for $40 off. Apparently that oil on the shelf (which matched the tag) was in the wrong spot, and the spot it was supposed to be in was a completely different brand of oil. One of the managers came to “help” and was extremely rude and seemed inconvenienced to have to answer my questions regarding the price. I have never had such bad service at this location. I will never be back to this store, and will instead go to another auto parts store.

  Today, August 12, I suffered from racism from a Hispanic gentleman, perhaps from my same country, because of his accent. I think he is Central American. I think he is the manager because he spoke to me as if he were the owner of the store. He attended me in a horrible way just because I was a woman. He offended me saying that I knew about cars. They are supposed to be there to help the costumer. I don’t know where else to complain. Why is this is unacceptable that a job that is there to help, treat the costumer so badly. This was horrible. If I went there, it is because I needed to buy the spare parts for my car

  I came to this location to get an alternator and have received a great service with TIGEST. Anyone can notice her dedication and being determined to help customers with their needs. I was impressed by her ability to listen and came up with solutions. Which is hard to find in today's customer service. Great location with great service!!

  I know nothing about cars beyond basic common sense. The staff here are kind, patient, and professional. Corey was able to help me right away, identified what I needed, and installed it. I am very grateful! As a bonus the staff clearly had friendly rapport with some of their regulars and it was a welcoming environment while I waited with my children.
