I called and wud u believe they put me on hold and never called back. The people that work there must be related to the owner cuz where they do business like this at? I hang up.

He had a very bad attitude and spoke to me in a rude and condescending way, almost as if he were scolding me. He acted like customers are supposed to know everything before coming into the store, including exactly where every item is located. You should not have to be an expert or know the layout of the store just to ask for help. His attitude was extremely unpleasant, disrespectful, and unprofessional. Customer service should be about helping people with patience and respect, not making them feel stupid for asking questions. On the other hand, the short young lady was completely different. She was patient, respectful, and actually knew how to do her job and help customers properly. She deserves recognition for her excellent customer service. Unfortunately, because of the man's attitude, this was a very unpleasant experience.
