  I previously came to this business when it was Oil Changers and had several positive experiences. I have visited the new Valvoline twice and will not be returning. I have found the service to be rushed and inadequate. I watched the technician check off all of the maintenance checks at the start of the inspection on his tablet. I was then asked to pay, which I did, and was given the receipt before the service was completed. I have no idea if the technicians actually checked all of the various fluid levels that are listed on the detailed receipt. It also indicates that my oil change indicator light was reset on my receipt. This was not done, nor was it offered. After I paid and reviewed my receipt, I saw a $4.85 charge listed as a ‘temporary surcharge.’ I asked the technician what the charge was for and I was told that it is a temporary hold on my card. I visited on 09/01. It is now 09/08 and the ‘temporary’ surcharge has not been returned. I still have no idea what the charge is for. I also appreciated that Oil Changers consistently sent out coupons. I have not received a single coupon, making this service cost much more than it is worth. The technicians who stuck around from Oil Changers continue to be good, but the new employees have been a disappointment.

  The entire staff was very professional and very helpful. I have use Valvoline Oil Change services the entire time I’ve owned this vehicle. Definitely liked that they’re all connected not individually so all information is readily available.

  They were professional and had my oil change done is less than 10 minutes.
