  If you’re looking for fast, this isn’t it. I saw 2 vehicles in and out before me. I asked if there were issues. No. So? Why didn’t I get serviced before customers arriving after me? Simple oil change.

  Stopped by in my work van and asked if they could put a little air in my tires. Calen was the tech who quickly greeted me with a smile and said sure no problem! I really appreciated his willingness to help me.

  I just bought the car a few months prior and it has no problems but I came in for a transmission fluid change and they tried telling me I have a massive leak in a seal or something like that and they couldn't help me, obviously they wanted to get out of work.

  Good service, but during the pressure check process the tire valve stems got loosened and leaked all the air out of 2/4 tires an hour later; Valvoline should buy a $5 valve core tool to check tightness every time they do a car inspection.

  2-Star Review I’m giving two stars because while the service was fast and easy, I had a serious issue after my visit that was never addressed. Someone at this shop broke my air filter box and didn’t say a word about it. That’s incredibly frustrating and honestly concerning. If the air filter box isn’t sealed properly, dirt can get into the engine and cause real damage. About a week later, my check engine light came on. When I checked under the hood, I found a vacuum line had popped off, a clip was missing, and one of the tabs that holds the air filter lid in place was broken. It was definitely not like that before I came in. What bothers me most is that nobody mentioned any of this. If something gets damaged, the responsible thing to do is let the customer know so it can be fixed right away. This could have turned into a much more serious (and expensive) problem. Because of this lack of communication and care, I won’t be returning. This situation could have been easily handled, but instead it caused unnecessary stress and risk to my vehicle. Today is June 15th 2026 I received a phone call from the rep of Valvoline and he made everything right with me he apologized and gave me money back for the troubles I just wanted to update the my review
