  Everyone that helped us were great and on the spot. I'm sorry I can't remember their names or I would have gave them all a shot out. I was in yesterday 8/21/2026 around 3:30 PM. A big shout out the the boys who were working at that time.

  I came to this place shortly after moving from Sandy to Magna. I have two vehicles. After the first visit, I don’t want to take my vehicles anywhere else. The staff is quick, professional, and friendly. That is worth every penny. It turned out that my battery died the morning I went to get my oil changed at this most recent visit. It wouldn’t start after the oil change was done. There was zero pressure to replace it with them, but I trust these guys 100% so I agreed to have them take care of it. It took less than 5 minutes. I can’t say enough good things about this business or their employees. I will never go anywhere else for my oil changes.

  I have had my oil changed for years but never experienced outstanding service like the service Autsin and his team provided! Knowledgeable and extremely helpful in assisting me and my family. If I could experience that level of service everywhere then the world would be a better place! Thanks for the amazing work!

  Staff was honest and upfront. They informed me that my oil levels were overfilled on the last visit, but I appreciate the transparency, even though I had completed my last oil change at the same location. All of the staff is new but this experience does not deter me from coming back. James, Jesus, Matthew and Nicki made it clear that consistency and quality is their main focus. I even heard a tech telling another tech to speak louder when calling out checks and ques. Let’s me know as a customer, they can all keep each other accountable and work as a team. I will continue to come here for future services.

  2 hours after my oil change on 8/4 I was running errands and noticed my battery light was on. I came back to the station and the manager Dalvyn was super professional and did a thorough battery and connection test and couldn’t find anything wrong. They did inform me that they had oil overflow when filling and they had to spray water over the engine to clean it up. We agreed I’d drive it for a few days and then come back. Today was my first opportunity, 9 days after the oil change. My battery light is still on and the dashboard indicator is clearly going down, which tells me it’s the alternator. I brought it back into the shop and they did another test and talked to me like a salesman and denied any possible responsibility, said it was probably a coincidence that my alternator went out the very same day of the oil change, and said they’d look at camera footage of the oil change visit and said they’d look into it and couldn’t claim any responsibility from their level. He’d have to send it to upper management to replace the alternator if they discovered that they were at fault. It was a different “manager” on shift this time, completely unprofessional acting as a salesman, trying to tell me stories of his vehicles’ issues, like I should have expected this to happen.
