- RARandy AddisonMay 12, 20261.0Paid for a full-service oil change at the West Valley City, Utah location and they failed to change the oil filter. When they showed me the dipstick at the end of the service, the oil already looked darker than it should have for a fresh change. I was in a hurry and let it go. The next day my dealership confirmed during a routine visit that the filter had never been replaced. I paid for a service I didn't receive. Verify their work before you leave.

There were two other vehicles also being serviced but they were able to service all 3 of us in a timely manner . I would highly recommend this place & will no longer be going into car shops to get my oil changed .
