But the most disrespect part, my employee was there too, and he gently asked to use the wi Fi because he was having issues with his signal, and explained that i was on the way to pick up the truck. The completely ignored him and when they talked to him, was rude and i don't know if because he is Latino or something. But i felt that. The only good point is Rafael, that he is was try to help. Normally i pick up trucks in Salt Lake it's the second time I pick up truck in west valley location. They need to do way better.

I rented a 22' truck for a cross-country move from Utah to Texas, and the truck broke down about 10 minutes into the drive, which led to a long delay and a rough first day. Getting the issue resolved was also difficult at first, and it took more persistence than it should have to get someone to take ownership of it. That said, I want to give credit where it's due. Jarod, the manager, ultimately stepped in and got everything resolved. He took the situation seriously, followed through, and the resolution was fair. I'm pleased with how it was handled in the end. Breakdowns happen, and what matters most is whether a company makes it right. Thanks to Jarod, this one was.

I usually spend 300 dollars for a day rental of the biggest truck needed. It's an easy process with everything I need when delivering material
