We came in 10 minutes before closing and they were amazing. We’re so kind and thorough. Mike went above and beyond helping us with a blown fuse for our lights as well. Highly recommend this location.

Came in for fleet oil change on my 2025 ram they wanted to upsell me to a diff and battery change as well which advised them would likely not be covered since it’s a fleet vehicle. They waited 35 minutes for authorization and was still denied. Changed my oil and then left. Instantly on leaving I got a check engine light five blocks away and I had to limp my vehicle back to the place. They had forgotten to put my air filter cover back on… Given my ridiculously long wait for a simple oil change 55+ minutes and the check engine light issue I would not recommend going here for anyone

HORRIBLE, DISHONEST CROOKS!! I specifically told Etimani I did NOT want the $150 oil change and asked for the less expensive option I had purchased there before. I was led to believe my 2023 Subaru Crosstrek required a specific type of oil—conveniently, their most expensive “European/Specialty Premium Synthetic” service. I was then charged $149.99 for the exact service I declined. I was also quoted lower prices for the additional services I approved, and I was told a discount/coupon would be applied. My final bill was $210.02. I went in for an $70 oil change After reviewing my receipt and my vehicle’s actual oil requirements, I feel completely misled and overcharged. I had been a customer for the past ten years. I would like management or corporate to contact me and make this right. I will absolutely not return unless this is resolved.
