  New Manager, I think his name was Zach is much nicer then the previous. Didn't pressure me into getting things my car didn't need or forced me to write a review.

  Overcharged for an oil change. And I'm too late to call. Shouldve trusted myself. I never asked for a high mileage treatment. And I asked for the cheapest option for the oil. $99? That wasnt your cheapest option.

  They done a very good job! Very pleasant to talk too as well! Just wish they would of done a better job of wiping the finger prints off after, other than that they done a great job!

  Last Thursday, this shop was supposed to perform a coolant flush on my car. Instead, they drained all of the coolant, failed to refill it, triggered a check engine light, disconnected my battery to clear the code, and sent me home without coolant in the engine. After we insisted they tow it back the next day, they still didn’t repair it. They’ve had my car since Friday and refused to return it. They also told us that if we took it to the dealership, it would void the warranty. Good times. For the record, simply having a dealership inspect a vehicle does not void a warranty. Nathan and Abby, here’s what I can’t understand: if the cooling system was flushed twice like you claimed, how were there still metal shavings in the coolant when the vehicle arrived back on the tow truck? That doesn’t add up. In my opinion, this shop has been dishonest from the beginning. They damaged my vehicle, refused to take accountability, and then acted like I was the one being unreasonable for expecting answers. It’s now Wednesday. They’ve had my car since Friday. How long did they think it was acceptable to keep my vehicle while leaving me, a disabled person, without transportation? If everything was done properly, why were you so determined to keep me from taking my car to the dealership? Dealership technicians have the tools to review the vehicle’s data and determine what happened. At this point, I just want my car repaired correctly and returned.

  It was very disappointing I normally go to the location in Taylorsville today it was closed and took a chance on the West Valley location thinking I would get the same service and hospitality to be honest one of the worst service ever I was in and out in less then 15 minutes my fluid levels were not checked i didn’t got to see the oil stick wich I get showed every time they changed my oil there was an employee that was working on he’s own truck off the clock and it was kind of uncomfortable hearing all the employees talking about he’s upgrades but definitely Not coming back going back to Taylorsville location for sure
