  This company has given us the worst possible start to our vacation. We planned this trip back in December 2025 and booked a truck with Enterprise because we had rented a trailer for a road trip through Grand Teton and Yellowstone. We are from Chile, so we uploaded our Chilean driver’s license when making the reservation. Everything seemed perfectly fine. In fact, just two days before our pickup date, we received an email confirming our truck rental. After traveling for 24 hours from Chile with our baby, my husband arrived at the Enterprise Truck office, only to be told that they “don’t rent to people from countries other than the US or Canada, and that’s their right to do so.” What makes this even worse is that, when we asked why they had not contacted us to cancel the reservation, they claimed that they “didn’t have the email address associated with the reservation.” This statement is simply not true. My husband’s email account contains all of the confirmation emails from Enterprise regarding this reservation, including the confirmation we received just two days before pickup. Clearly, the email address was associated with the reservation and Enterprise was able to contact us. If this is their policy, why did they accept our reservation in the first place? Why was our booking confirmed just two days before pickup? They had our information, including the fact that we are from Chile, from the very beginning. They had months to cancel the reservation and notify us, but instead they waited until we were physically there, after traveling all the way from Chile with our baby. Now we are stranded in Salt Lake City with a trailer that we have already paid for, as well as campgrounds that we booked and paid for months ago, since December. This was completely unacceptable and extremely disappointing. A company should not confirm a reservation and allow customers to make non-refundable plans around it, only to deny the rental at the last minute based on information they already had when the reservation was made. Enterprise may have the right to set its own policies, but customers also deserve transparency, consistency, and basic consideration. We expected much better.

  Connor did a good job of following up after my experience of renting a box truck and made adjustments to my final bill after I told him the AC wasnt working on one side. Excellent customer service and I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to rent at an affordable price.

  We had an urgent issue with our truck and we’re able to call enterprise and had a rental inside 12 hours time. They were very accommodating and helpful. The vehicle we rented was brand new. With low miles. It ran great and they selected the correct truck for us and our needs. thank you Enterprise!
