Luke is amazing and went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. Tee was very friendly and explained everything so clearly. They listened and made sure to answer my questions which I really appreciated. When workers get super busy, I feel so many of them go into autopilot and lose their customer service skills. These guys were friendly from start to finish even though they were hustling the entire time! I felt well taken care of.

He wanted the insurance company to call and confirm that she had full coverage. It was just a waste of time. If my insurance company had already approved the rental, they should not have given us the rental if there was a problem with the insurance. This whole situation was an unnecessary waste of time.
