  The West Jordan team has been nothing but amazing helping with an issue I had starting with an insurance claim and an identity theft issue and has been nothing but professional and polite with how long I’ve required renting a vehicle.

  I have always rented my vehicles from Enterprise. I’ve valued their cleanliness, professional service, and reasonable prices for years. Unfortunately, after my most recent experience, I barely recognize the company I’ve been loyal to for so long. My family has been renting vehicles from this location since I was about six years old even before they moved to their current location. Whenever our cars broke down, we had an emergency, or we simply needed a vehicle for something fun, Enterprise was where we went. I’ve been such a loyal customer that I even purchased a vehicle from Enterprise. This time, however, I felt like I was being treated like a criminal simply because I wanted to use a debit card. If you want to rent with a debit card now, it feels like you practically have to give up your firstborn. I was told I needed to provide proof of address, a utility bill, a bank statement, and a paystub. What makes this especially frustrating is that when using a debit card, the full amount is taken from your account, so I don't understand why customers are required to jump through so many additional hoops. What bothered me most was the lack of communication. Enterprise has my rental history. They know my track record as a customer. Yet none of that seemed to matter, and I was completely blindsided by these requirements. If these are Enterprise's policies, they should be clearly disclosed to customers before they arrive to pick up their vehicle, especially when a reservation indicates that a debit card will be used. Had I known ahead of time what documentation was required, I could have either prepared for it or made other arrangements. After decades of my family choosing Enterprise, I'm incredibly disappointed to say that we will be taking our business elsewhere. I never thought I would say that about a company I trusted enough to not only rent from repeatedly, but actually purchase a car from. I did reach out to customer service and nothing was done. At your risk if you want to work with them.

  Words cannot describe how truly incredible Christian is! Me, my husband, and my son went on a road trip to Chicago a few months back. I had made the reservation weeks in advance for a full size car and jokingly told him that I had a six foot tall son that likely wont be thrilled but oh well. On the morning of our reservation, my husband and I went in. Christian was able to get through and paperwork quickly and was friendly through out the whole process. He then walked us out to our vehicle and to my surprise, he had upgraded our rental to an SUV ... FREE OF CHARGE! I was curious why so I just asked him if they were out of cars, his response "No, I just knew you mentioned your son was six feet tall and wanted you guys comfortable." To say I was speechless is an understatement! We don't rent a ton of cars, but you bet the next time I need one, I will ONLY be renting from Enterprise, specifically this location. You guys are awesome!
