- MDmandy deans5 days ago2.0Make sure you see the "upgrade" first. Although it was at the same rate we got a sports car. I booked a economy for a family road trip months earlier even confirmed the reservation on the phone the night before without mention of a change in car type. Called once we were like this isnt going to work. They made it incredibly hard to get ahold of anyone. Never heard back if we could switch out the car at another location. We had a timeframe so couldnt really hangtight. It was horrible because it was 28 mpg, hard to get in and out of very cramped car. Then had issues on the way back. When we dropped it off I was told a manager was going to call me about it. I never got the call, just an vague email a week later about filling out claims paper work with no details on it. Then got a survey request which I had every intention on filling out but the link expired once the charges went through. Usually I have no trouble, but this whole experience has changed my thoughts about enterprise and this location. Their customer care is definitely not the best.

More specifically, Sam (Samah) at the return was so EXTREMELY helpful and kind and showed interest in me and my husband as people! We need more Sam's (Samah) in the world. The car was in excellent shape as well. THE WHOLE ENTIRE EXPIERENCE WAS GREAT !!!!!
