  I was test driving a car. The battery died.right next to this autozone. I have several jumper cables at home. Two expensive ones. They said they could t help me jump it. That I would have to buy jumper cables. I called my husband and he came help from work to jump it on principle. He was pretty mad that they refused to help me without buying some because other auto zones have helped him befroe. Not this one. It was a hot and frustrating day. They seemed kinda of lazy anyway.

  They were amazing. They hooked me up with a great car battery, and even switched it out for me. They were completely amazing.

  I came today because I needed engine oil and antifreeze for my car. I don’t know anything about cars myself, but I would assume someone working at any auto zone would know or at least do some research would. I didn’t need a “I don’t know, I don’t drive a jeep” remark. You have a Computer in front of your face! If you don’t have the answer to my questions Please find someone who would know or do research. it was the “I don’t know” to everything that really got to me. The man up front. Do better.

  This was my first time of buying a battery for my car and the people were so helpful and so nice. I want to shout out Gabriel T. Who went above and beyond to help me install my battery in the rain, while I had my baby in the back. He was super respectful and had such a genuine personality. I will definitely coming back here for sure

  This location is hands down the best location. The store is very customer service oriented and ensures that they are doing right by the customer. The store manager, ask store manager and district manager are all amazing people. Thank you for helping me out today ! I never write review but the outstanding support that I received today, I felt like a 5 start review was warranted one. Thank you, from Steve
