They are incredibly friendly, work efficiently, and do everything possible to serve customers quickly. They are a great asset to your team. However, it is clear that this location is severely understaffed for its high volume of business. The current employees are consistently overwhelmed, and the staffing levels are completely unsustainable. As a regular customer, it is concerning to see dedicated workers at risk of severe burnout due to what appears to be a scheduling and management oversight. To maintain the quality of your service and protect your hardworking team, I strongly urge regional management to evaluate the staffing needs at this specific store. Hiring additional personnel and providing better support to your current staff should be an immediate priority. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. I hope to see these hardworking employees get the support they deserve. G
