I took my vehicle in originally on Saturday, May 30th. On the 31st, I opened my glove box for something and I couldn’t get it closed again. I could have forced it closed, but it would’ve been a HARD force. I went back Monday morning, June 1 and explained what the issue was - that the glove box was not closing. A guy came out and looked at it and decided after some manipulation of the glove box that a spring was missing. I expressed my displeasure at my last couple visits. The visit prior they left all my glove box contents all over my seat. I decided it was no big deal. I was in and out fairly quick. I explained that this time my glove box was broken, my oil sensor had not been reset and between those two things, it left me wondering what else might not have been done right. He said he understood that logic. He told me he would order it so they could get it fixed and he went back inside. I followed him back inside to make sure he didn’t need my information and he said no he had it. I left and waited about two weeks and I still hadn’t heard anything so I stopped back in and the gentleman that helped me the first time said that the part had been ordered. I asked how much longer he thought it would be and he said he didn’t know. I said they didn’t give you a timeframe? And he said “no I had to order it from the dealership so I don’t have a timeframe. I’ll call you when it comes in”. On July st I called because I still hadn’t heard anything. The gentleman answering the phone said “oh yes, that just came in today and I was going to call “. I explained I wouldn’t be in that day but would follow up the next day. On July 2 on my way home from work I stopped in, they found the part and pulled it around into the shop. The guy who greeted me and pulled the vehicle around couldn’t figure out how to install it so he called somebody else over. It ended up four of them were over there hanging out at the vehicle trying to figure out how to get it installed and having what looked like a small break party. Another technician worked on it and apparently finished the install. As the original guy was pulling it out of the bay a young blonde girl walked in and explained that it was installed, but it was “a little sticky so it might not work the first few times like it’s supposed to”. I assumed she’s the one that talked to me because she was the manager on duty ?? I acknowledged what she said and went out to the vehicle. I Attempted to open the glove box, but had to pry it open three or four times to even get it to pop open. I went back in and the girl came out from the back and I said “ I will give it a few times, but if it doesn’t resolve, I’m going to take it to the dealership to get fixed and I’m not paying for it”. She looked at me half dismissively and said “That’s fine. Just let us know”. (She was apparently the manager on duty and has the authority to give me permission to go seek assistance at a dealership and have Jiffy Lube pay for it)! When I got home, I opened the glove box a couple more times to see if I could work it and get it to loosen up like she said. This time it at least popped open but wouldn’t actually open. About the fourth time it opened all by itself, but it opened like the spring had not been installed.
Their customer service is terrible if there’s an issue or concern - not to mention they apparently don’t know how to employ people that know the inner workings of vehicles like they should. I’ll never go back to this location, but I am interested in getting the general manager / owners name so that when I go to the dealership, I know who to have them send the bill to…….

I had them do my rotors and pads, about a month later I had something break while driving so I took it back in and they were unable to pinpoint the exact cause of damage so instead of hassling me with it they just said its on them and they will take care of the repair and the damage it caused to other parts. One of the parts needed is tough to get in a timely manner but they are very actively working to find it in town in order to get me back on the road as fast as possible. Ive been to a lot of mechanic shops but none of them have this level of Integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
