Talk to Travis or pretty much any of the team members there and you will be more than taken care of and on your way. 10 out of 10

  Best service I’ve ever had! We were on a long road trip and our battery died half a mile away. We came to buy a new battery and wanted to borrow a cart so we didn’t have to carry it all the way. Camaron went the extra mile by not only lending us a cart he have us a ride to our car and helped make sure everything else was good to go. This is for sure the best auto service in the area!

  I just wanted to give a shout out to Camron at this location for his excellent service helping to test and then replace a battery on my vehicle. He was very helpful and personable and did good, quick work. I really appreciated his approach and help. Thanks.

  Went to AutoZone to get something minor fixed and it ended up being a huge ordeal, but the two employees were amazing and never gave up. It took them 45 minutes but they fixed everything for us. Super happy would totally go back there anytime. The first employee‘s name was Alex, but I can’t remember the second ones, but they were both awesome. Ten stars!!!

  If you need to get a new battery for your vehicle DO NOT GET IT FROM AUTO ZONE! They advertise up to 3 years warranty but when you try to use the warranty they will look for a way to not make it valid, even if the battery goes bad within the 3 year span. The young guy who pretended to help me said that the alternator was bad, and that I needed to replace it. He said that the CCA’s on the battery check ok and started to talk to me in a very condescending way! Like if he was a Master Mechanic and I didn’t knew anything about cars. Little he knew that I’m a mechanic myself and have all the tools to check alternators and batteries and checked these things before I tried to use the warranty for my Duralast Gold battery. But this got even worse! He removed the battery to “test it” again with a different tool inside the store. He said that the battery was fine and when he tried to put the bracket that holds the battery down… HE STRIPPED THE THREADS OF ONE OF THE RODS AS HE WAS PUTTING IT BACK TOGETHER! Pretty bad for a guy who couldn’t put a nut straight and was talking like if he was a real mechanic diagnosing my battery problem. Bottom line… DO NOT BUY BATTERIES FROM AUTOZONE. NOW THEY ARE LOOKING FOR WAYS TO NOT VALIDATE THE WARRANTY ON THEIR DURALAST CRAP.
