    Rental went fine. Car was clean and spacious. However, I'm disappointed I never got a copy of the rental agreement or a receipt for payment. These documents are necessary but they still refuse to comply. I left a note in the car to mail them to me since they refused at pick up and have not responded to my text messages.

    We had three different reservations starting last month on the 27th and they kept saying they had no cars and tried to get us to upgrade. We dropped our car off to be repaired and then had no way home to Grantsville. We ended up having to walk 9.2 miles, in bad physical condition after a car accident. We asked to speak to a manager and the woman said she WAS the manager. She banned us from using them as a business when we got upset when she said we’d never made a reservation. When our lawyer called them, turns out this woman wasn’t even the manager and just claimed to be. My husband lost his job over not having transportation and has no way to get to his PT appointment for injuries from the accident.
