  Booking was quick and easy. Val, the technician, was very good, through, quick and went beyond expectations replacing the front windshield. He is very customer focused. I will keep coming back.

  We are seniors and replaced our deeply pitted windshield just to get clearer views, not for cracks or anything else. We chose Safelite because of it's long-standing reputation. We were completely satisfied with the whole process and we so glad we choose to do this to keep our older (2013) SUV in good shape.

  I had an appointment to get my windshield repaired and what should have been an easy fix. They send some kid out who tells me of course, if a crack spreads, it's not their fault. So naturally, he screws it up and the crack spreads, so then he says he'll schedule with the shop to have the window replaced, which he never did. Now I'm stuck paying a deductible that I shouldn't have had to be responsible for. Had it scheduled to be replaced today but had to change the appointment and I'm sure it was some big wigs idea to have some ridiculous AI system screen your calls and make you jump through 20 hoops just to be put on someone in Bangladesh who takes 15 min just to say that no one at the shop will answer the phone! I had the work re-scheduled with another shop: Valley Glass (much better reviews btw). It's sad because this company used to be great but they've taken a sharp nosedive as of late.

  If I could leave a 0 I would. I scheduled an appointment for mobile service and took the day off work. No one called or showed up for the appointment. It is impossible to call the shop to talk to someone. Got my appointment rescheduled for the next day. They said they called but couldn’t leave a message. No missed calls noted. They canceled my appointment at 7:30am by text when my appointment window was 12-5pm. Again, no conversation with me or my son who made himself available to be home since I couldn’t take another day off work. Don’t trust this Safelite shop.

  Got service done for a small crack on my windshield 2 weeks ago, the crack was not completely gone. Guy said it was okay and it wouldn’t crack anymore, windshield proceeded to crack even more. Then I was told I’d have to just replace the windshield since they already tried to fix the crack previously. Only other option they had was just to replace the windshield. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on!
