I love Grease Monkey! They took over a place I used to go for Emissions every year. Now I go there for oil changes and other maintenance. They're always kind, through and help with a smile. The popcorn and drinks are a nice touch too!

I usually come here for my oil changes. I told my wife to bring her Highlander here for an oil change and a tire rotation. They did the service, but the next day she noticed that there were 2 lug nuts missing on her rear driver tire. She had to go to O'Reilly's to get new nuts because it was a Sunday and Grease Monkey was closed. When she called them Monday morning, they blamed her and said they were missing when she brought it in. This is our 16 year old daughter's car, and for them to refuse any responsibility and blame my wife is ridiculous. I know for a fact the lug nuts weren't missing when she brought it in because I had looked at her tires that morning before she brought it in to see the tread so she could get them rotated. Instead of an apology or a hey we will look into this, it was an automatic refusal to take responsibility and blame her instead of the real culprit in someone incompetent & missing 2 nuts being lazy. We won't be bringing any more of our cars to this location ever again.

I take my car only to Grease Monkey, the location in Taylorsville is by far the best one yet, they not only changed my oil, they cleaned my windows, vacuumed my car, topped off all fluids, filled my tires with adequate air, sprayed an air freshener and left a carnation on the dash, the staff was very friendly and polite, I will continue to be a lifelong customer of Grease Monkey, thank you for such great service and customer service rocks!
