  Kimmi , the store manager was super helpful in replacing my old battery on a super hot day. It’s was legit 100 degrees out and she helped me change out the battery. Thank you!

  They sold my wife the wrong battery (even had the pic of the old one see below), so I bought the correct one at Costco for about half the price. I brought the wrong battery back with the receipt, but they couldn’t return it without the card. Fair enough. I came back with my wife’s card, but because she used tap to pay, it showed a different card number. Still had the receipt. Asked for cash. No luck. So now I get to come back to this store a fourth time, for my third attempt at returning a battery they sold us incorrectly in the first place, this time with my wife’s card and her phone, just in case the battery needs a family reunion before they’ll take it back. Hey AutoZone, I appreciate you keeping my money safe, will you invest it in a money market account while you’re holding it hostage? Really disappointing experience. Not exactly eager to shop here again. EDIT: to add on to this review. My wife also bought a battery for her motorcycle. We installed it and the motorcycle still didn’t work. Took it in to get it diagnosed. Bad battery. They sold us a wrong battery and bad battery.

  I'd like to commend one of your employees, Kit Jennings, for her outstanding service during my recent visit to AutoZone. Kit exhibited professionalism and a genuine desire to help. She provided superb customer service and went above and beyond to ensure I understood the issue related to my check engine light. Her knowledge and guidance on how to resolve the problem were incredibly informative and greatly appreciated. Thank you for having such a dedicated employee on your team. I look forward to my next visit.

  I went to the AutoZone on 6200 South and 5600 West trying to return a part that I had ordered from AutoZone online it arrived to my house and it was not correct I tried to take it back to them and they said very rudely said that they are not a corporate store that I need to go to the AutoZone on 5400 South and 1818 something West over in Taylorsville a lady named Kim was more than willing to help me I went in took two seconds she had a beautiful smile on her face she was very professional she asked if I had any other problems that I needed help with and I believe that she needs a raise thank you Kim you are the best
