I thought of the last place I went and it was valvoline, I saw some bolts missing and wondered if maybe they forgot to put them back on last oil change. I was due for one so I went back with my skid plate. They were up front about noting that I was missing bolts my last visit, this visit they put it back with bolts no charge. My oil dipstick broke as they wiped the plastic part so they are replacing that for free. Matt told me to check the website for a coupon and I found one! I was having a horrible day, stressed about my car and I am now 100% not worried. Their honesty changed my day. Thank you so much!
