- BRBese Racing1 day ago1.0They came to my house to replace windshield. Supposed to be there 8am- noon. They overbooked and didn't arrive until just before 2pm. After replacing windshield then the technician told me it was scratched on passenger side, but it was better than the hole in drivers line of vision. Later driving my car, there are tiny rock chips in several areas. Now I have to call Safelite and plan another windshield replacement and call insurance. This has been a time consuming mess!

- TDTommy D.6 days ago5.0I had a great experience with Safelite. I recently had my windshield damaged by loose gravel on a semi truck and the same situation happened to me in February of 2026. I didn’t use Safelite because I heard A1-glass in cedar city was awesome to work with and did good work. I beg to differ. After my windshield was replaced by them in February until as of a few days ago. Anytime I went through a car wash or rain and snow storm water would find a way in and leak on my driver side floor board. I went into A1-glass 3 times for this issue and the technicians said that it was my Cawl grill that was broken. My argument with them was “I never had water leaking into my trucks floor board until you replaced my windshield” they refused to fix the problem so I paid a autobody shop $380.00 and my window still leaked. So I called Safelite, great communication, great service and since my new windshield and my truck going through car washes and recently having heavy rain storms I haven’t had a single drop of water in the cab of my truck. I would highly recommend using Safelite to replace your windshield or windows on your vehicle.
