- CSChris StCyrMay 13, 20262.0I just want to start by saying the people here are really good. My issue comes from showing up on time. I made an appointment for them to come to my house about a week out for a windshield replacement. They said they would do the job on Tuesday 8AM to 12 PM. They confirm so many times it’s borderline annoying. Tuesday morning around 830 i get assigned a technician. 3 hour job per their estimate. Then…nothing. I took the morning off work. Finally 1115 I call them. Very hard to reach them. I’d call the store and it would deflect to the national call center. They finally show up around noon. The tech says they book three 3 hour jobs for him in the morning. There’s no way he can do them all he says. That seems like a you problem. So now i take the rest of the day off because he says it will be at least 230. I tell him i have to be somewhere at 230 and he says “you can reschedule” 230 comes around and he says, “ i cant get the calibration correct, you will have to go to the store”. To me, that is not customer service. So i drove to the store and sat there for about 75-80 minutes. Ive been going to Novus glass for years. They’re ok… a little more costly since they sold to a younger guy. But at least they do the job when they’re supposed to.

He answered all questions I had and it was clear he had the experience to back up his answers. I think he is the kind of person that can handle greater responsibility and his management should make sure they can retain him and prosper with him in their organization.
