    Not sure what happened to my review for this place. This is the worst rental location I have ever encountered. I rent from Enterprise for a minimum of 30 days a year for work. I've rented from locations in Vegas, Salt Lake, and everything in between. I have NEVER run into terrible customer service such as how I was treated in St. George. The guy didn't want anything to do with me. I was hoping to switch out a car due to mechanical problems and he just said they have nothing. Didn't even look at the comp, see what will be returned, nothing. Didn't even try to check the other locations in St. George so I know where to go in the morning. If a smaller branch can check, why wouldn't he be able to? This is the only branch that supposedly can't? I'm going to have to assume that he lied to me because I've been consistently renting for the past 9 years and never have I run into a location that couldn't do that nor did they act like they didn't care. The branches in St. George are so much nicer and more helpful. Those other locations literally checked other branch inventories and led me in the right direction. (I just kept driving my messed up car with brake problems til I could get to another branch in the morning.) I also tried calling this branch to speak to someone because Enterprise told me to expect a call. It's been 3 hours. Enterprise customer service gave me a number and when I called, it said the branch was closed!! I called back to customer service and they said it shouldn't be closed so just to go to the branch to get service. Nope. I will just delay responding to an emergency situation just to go to a better branch in the morning.

    Worst customer service ever!! I’m a Gold member at enterprise and never had an issue with them until this location. They had an attitude the miniute I walked in the freaking door!

    Absolutely terrible experience with Enterprise and executive Melissa Wallace. She was completely unhelpful throughout the entire process. Every single question we asked was met with “I need to ask my boss,” which honestly makes you wonder why she is even in that position if she cannot make basic decisions or assist customers herself. What made the situation even worse was that she asked us for money over the counter without even properly opening or processing a damage claim first. The entire handling of the situation felt unprofessional, disorganized, and suspicious. Enterprise customer service had specifically directed us to her location because our rental car had been hit by a deer, and we were assured they would help arrange a substitute vehicle. Instead of helping, Melissa Wallace kept giving one excuse after another and refused to provide any meaningful assistance. The lack of accountability, empathy, professionalism, and customer care was shocking. Enterprise seriously needs to reevaluate how they train and staff their locations because this experience was beyond unacceptable.

    They say they will pick u up,they won't between the reservation team and the actual they tell u one thing while the others didnt even call ruined my one time chance to go to zion cause they didnt call nor pick me up but had a reservation 3 days prior, dont plsn your trip around them

    We accidentally left some headphones in the car when we returned it after hours around 3:00 am. The next morning we called the location and an automated system said the location wasn’t open even though according to their hours they were open. We waited a few hours and called back we got the same message. I called the customer service number and was told they let the location know and I should get a call from them. After a few hours and no call we had to drive back to the location to see if they even had our items.
