  Hailey assisted us checking the car out and back in. We had an incident with the windshield, but we had the damage waiver. Trust and believe it’s worth the $30/day and she made everything very easy and simple. Thanks for making our road trip A-1!

  Absolute worst enterprise location, they need to shut this down ASAP! Don’t trust the misleading rating, there are a slew of fake reviews that you can identify from the reviewers’ profile. Their staff is untrained and dismissive. Had an extremely poor experience with Melissa Wallace. She is unknowledgeable, unhelpful and unfit for that job. Please, please check the 1-star reviewer’s experiences before you even think of renting from this location.

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ Absolutely terrible experience. I rented a vehicle from this company, but after they charged my card, I was unable to pick up the car. They told me the money would be refunded, yet days later I still have not received my refund. What is even worse is their complete lack of communication. Despite several messages, they have ignored me and failed to provide any explanation or update. As a customer, this is completely unacceptable. Keeping a customer’s money while refusing to communicate is unprofessional and shows a complete lack of respect. I sincerely hope no one else has to go through this experience. I would not recommend this company based on how they have handled my case. If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will have no choice but to pursue legal action.

  We rented a car from another location. The smelled so back of cigarette smoke I got a migraine after 10 minutes of driving it. That location closed and told me to try back tomorrow. This location was AWESOME!! They switched us vehicles and were so nice! Manager Abby, I believe Melissa (or Michelle I didn’t write it down- I should have sorry!) was the one who helped us. Their customer service is the above and beyond! Thank you!!

  I have been a loyal Enterprise customer for approximately 30 years and have rented from them more than a dozen times in the past year alone. One of the main reasons I continue choosing Enterprise is because of the outstanding customer service I have typically received. Due to my physical limitations, not every vehicle works well for me. I completely understand that Enterprise cannot guarantee a specific make or model, and I have always tried to be flexible. Fortunately, most Enterprise employees have gone above and beyond to help find workable solutions. They have helped identify vehicles that fit my needs, contacted me when a suitable vehicle became available, and occasionally helped with a different vehicle class when appropriate. Unfortunately, my recent experience at the St. George Airport location was very different. When we arrived to pick up our rental, the available vehicles did not work for my needs. We asked if someone could contact us if a more suitable vehicle became available, something other Enterprise employees have kindly done for us in the past. We were simply told they could not help. Another employee asked what vehicles had worked for us previously. I listed several vehicles we have rented from Enterprise within the past year, but was told they rarely see those vehicles, which was surprising since every example I gave came from recent Enterprise rentals. My disappointment was not that a specific vehicle was unavailable. I understand inventory changes. The issue was the lack of effort to problem-solve. The experience felt very different from the helpful, customer-focused approach we have received from Enterprise for many years. I still appreciate Enterprise and the many excellent employees who have helped us in the past. I hope this location can improve its approach because a little extra effort and communication makes a huge difference for customers who have specific vehicle needs.
