  The process for renting a car from Alamo was easy and quick. The staff was friendly and helpful. Returning the rental was also easy. No additional fees or headaches! When I need a larger vehicle for a trip I will rent from them again.

  Abigail at the desk worked with us to get us into a rental van after Enterprise left us stranded. She definitely deserves recognition for her extraordinary patience and kindness.

  I left my wallet in the vehicle my brother rented from the st George airport through Alamo rental cars one week ago .. We've tried to get answers as to where my wallet is. Nobody has seemed too interested in helping to solve this problem . My black Kate Spade wallent was left in the center console ..the console sides back electronicly to reveal a dark compartment .I slid my wallet in and pushed it back before we left the vehicle for a few hours .upon return to the vehicle I was quite sick and forgot to retrieve my wallet. I would have hoped they'd have someone go to the vehicle and get my wallet, but no. They seem to be waiting for someone to turn it in to lost and found . It would take one kind and moral person to solve this problem. . I am extremely disappointed in Alamo rental cars employees at the st George Airport.

  I checked before I made the reservation to make sure they take my credit card. Got to the airport to pick it up. No, they won't take my credit card!!! To say I'm upset is an understatement
