  Thank you very much for the whole team for replacing my blown tire on August, 3rd. 2026 while traveling from California to Yellowstone. I received a world class customer service, very professional and knowledgeable . Thank you for the lady who took care of my 2026 VW Tiguan, did a fantastic job with a big smile full of kindness. I highly recommend this location and this great team to anyone traveling or passing by St. George UT.

  After multiple visits to this shop, I’ve made up my mind about my experience. Getting clear information about what was wrong with our vehicle was a constant struggle. We often had to ask repeatedly for vehicle codes and updates. While our car was in the shop, we would go extended periods without hearing anything, so we had to reach out ourselves for updates even after allowing what I feel was a reasonable amount of time for the shop to diagnose the issue and provide an update. On our most recent visit for the same ongoing issue, we were ultimately told there was nothing they could do and to take the vehicle somewhere else. Overall, I’m disappointed with the lack of communication, transparency, and customer service. I expected better.

  Amazingly quick service! While traveling we needed new tires. Randy quickly sourced us 4 new tires of the exact brand we wanted and his crew got them all mounted incredibly fast and had us back on the road literally in less than half an hour. Great job guys!
