    I was having trouble with my connection to the audio system in my Toyota Highlander Hybrid. I was parking to walk over to the Service Dept when I was approached by a salesman, Beau. He skillfully walked me through the process of restoring the connection with my phone. He was very kind and friendly and so freely gave of his time. Buy a car from Beau!!

    Horrible stealership. My first experience here in the service department was for a standard 35,000 miles service. The truck also needed the fuel injection system serviced to which I approved. Got the truck back without the fuel injection service being done and had to drive back over from Mesquite for a second trip to have it completed. Decided to give the place another chance for the 45,000 mile service. This time the truck needed the four-wheel-drive system serviced as well. The dealership wanted an additional two hours of labor to take off skid plates that literally take 20 minutes to get off the truck. Wanted to charge me an additional $350 to do this. Needless to say, I refused that and will no longer be gracing this dealership with my presence. My truck will be serviced by a reputable, local mechanic from now on. Have a nice day.

    We had an outstanding experience purchasing our Toyota Tundra. Donnie Perry and Clint Larose truly went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable. From the moment we arrived, they were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping us find exactly what we were looking for. They took the time to answer all of our questions, explained the features of the Tundra thoroughly, and made sure we felt confident in our decision. There was never any pressure—just honest guidance and great customer service. Their attention to detail and commitment to making sure we were taken care of really stood out. Buying a vehicle can sometimes feel stressful, but Donnie and Clint made it a great experience from start to finish. If you're looking for a team that truly cares about their customers, we highly recommend working with them. We love our Tundra and are grateful for the exceptional service we received!

    The salesman Adeeb, is great, nice to work with. The finance department, Dallas, was a little disappointing not disclosing all the costs. The Toyota oil changes were implied as something Toyota just does with the purchase when in reality it is a prepaid service at a cost of $1810.00. in the extended warranty we were made to believe the paint less dent repair was included in the almost $4000 dollar package when in reality there is a different charge for that of around $1400. And then the ikon gps of $699, which is basically the app to pair your phone to the vehicle. None of these costs were discussed verbally and made to believe they were included in other costs or free from Toyota. When I called Dallas he said it was just a misunderstanding on my part. Yes I should have looked at the contract closer and questioned the extra charge that were not discussed or disclosed. Very sneaky, very disappointed in the honestly of the finance personal.

    I was very excited to purchase a 2026 GR86 Yuzu edition from Stephen Wade Toyota, which is exactly why this experience was so disappointing. The car itself is great, but the way finance employee Clay Penrod handled a follow-up paperwork issue was completely unacceptable. After the vehicle had already been delivered, the keys had already been provided, and substantial paperwork had already been signed, a solvable document-completion issue was escalated into theft accusations and threats to report the vehicle as stolen instead of being handled calmly and professionally. What makes that even worse is that the issue was later resolved quickly through emailed electronic signing, which shows how unnecessary the earlier threats were. When I tried to slow the situation down by asking for written documentation and clarification, the response was further escalation and more threats to report the vehicle as stolen. The salesperson later acknowledged in writing that he did not realize the required document had not been signed and that he would have mentioned it if he had known. In other words, this appears to have been a dealership communication/process failure, not bad-faith conduct by the customer. Afterward, I requested substantive written communication. The dealership was unresponsive to multiple emails and webform messages, and only attempted to handle the matter by phone after Toyota Brand Engagement contacted them. I responded by requesting written communication again, but still received no substantive written response directly from the dealership. I also raised this through BBB because I wanted the dealership to address it as a process and conduct issue. Their written responses did not substantively address the theft accusations or stolen-vehicle threats, and instead characterized the matter as “some confusion when paperwork was to be signed.” That only reinforces my concern: a paperwork confusion should not have been escalated into theft accusations and stolen-vehicle threats. The communication afterward has also been extremely poor. Even a separate, simple follow-up to the salesperson about touch-up paint that had been discussed went unanswered. For a customer who just purchased a vehicle at this price point, that level of communication is very disappointing. A separate concern is that before the purchase, I was told in writing that Stephen Wade Toyota did not allow outside financing or customers bringing their own auto loans. That struck me as troubling, especially for a major branded dealership, because customers should be able to understand and compare financing options clearly. I raised that concern through BBB as well, but the dealership’s written responses did not address it. I am happy with the car. I am not happy with how this dealership handled the situation. A customer acting in good faith should not be treated this way.
