  Drove out from Ohio and got a oil change. On Friday left for Vegas on Saturday. Stopped at the valley of fire and noticed they did not put bolt back in a skid plate. So I stop at the dealer in Vegas and told them what happened and they took care of another dealership screw up. So if you use Wade make sure to check all your bolts are put in. I do have pics from The Vegas dealer. That show where was not put in. Was on a 24 TRD 4 runner.

  I’ve purchased a few vehicles over the years from various dealerships, and this purchase experience was the best thus far. We purchased a 2027 Land Cruiser at Stephan Wade Toyota in St. George. Quinn Scott was our sales person and he did an awesome job and communicated through the entire process from order to delivery. Clay Pernod in finance also did great job! Overall, even with a hiccup in the order process (from Toyota), the experience was a good one and I would recommend this dealership and would purchase from them again.

  Had a great experience with Quinn Scott. Treated my family and I with great respect and care. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles, and helped dial in exactly what we needed and were looking for. Quinn is a clear communicator, always up front about costs and what information was needed for what. Best car buying experience we’ve ever had. Shoutout to Clay for helping out with the finances, he also made things clear and east for us. We were off the lot with the new car in under 2 hours!

  Wes and Danny with sales and Dallas with finance were great. I was in and out in an hour, still felt like everything was explained and had a painless experience buying my car (2023 4runner) after my lease term. Wes was awesome by letting me do as much paperwork as possible before my appointment and Wes made sure to help us move with purpose through financing so I could return to work quickly. In May when I was considering my options, Danny made sure to go over what I could do, gave me awesome advice and made me feel so comfortable. At every turn, Toyota has been amazing to work with from the time I leased my car 3 years ago, to coming in to go over options in May with Danny and ultimately buying my car in August with Wes. I have been very happy with my experience, especially with how intimidating it can be as a woman in the world of cars.

  Dan “The Man” Cummings. Came in with my parents who have been indecisive in getting a new vehicle. Back story - my pops has been a die hard Ford guy since before I was born (46 years old). We came to Toyota because my parents needed several things - get out of their ford and get into a new pickup. We hunt so 4 wheel drive is necessary! Now back to Dan. Between him and my step mom, there was some pricing work between the 2 but ultimately a deal was made and both sides had to recognize that if they meet in the middle both parties can be happy. I don’t recall seeing my dad smile that big and that true for some time, let alone get slightly emotional. He’s wanted a Toyota for years just thought they were out of his budget! Dan got my folks into a brand new truck and my parents couldn’t be happier! I recommend working with Dan only because he made it painless for my parents. That doesn’t mean that anybody else employed at Stephen Wade wouldn’t be able to offer the same resolve but my guy Dan is where it’s at! Cheers Dan!
