  For many years I was a Maverik fan, but unfortunately they're not what they used to be! I see reviews mentioning the kitchen being closed some time before their posted hours, and I also have experienced this. I think the problem is bigger though, I can show up at almost any hour of the day and not find the food Item I came in for, so then I leave. It's a compounding effect - a lot of other people that used to get food at Maverik eventually stop trying because the options suck compared to what they used to be. When someone comes in that would have gotten food sees the poor selection of old food (frequently hours past the timestamp shown on the sticker) then they just leave, and then you sell less, which means you then put even less out, and the problem just gets worse! I remember back when Maverik had some decent unique kitchen items on the menu, but they've dropped pretty much all of them and now they're just an average gas station at best... Very unfortunate!
