  I have over heard an employee asking the manger for assistance with showing her around, and the manager proceeded to say figure it out. seeing she was new. That is just awful. No wonder the service is bad. Snacks and beverages is all this place is good for. Will not be coming back. Maverick really needs to know how to treat other people and their employees.

  I have been a daily customer at this Maverik location for nearly 10 years, often stopping in multiple times a day. I know many of the employees, and the vast majority of my experiences here have been positive. That is why this review is so disappointing for me to write. Every day I purchase the same items: a Nitro Cold Brew and three large cups of ice. I always bring my own personal cups and have done so for years. The refill price has consistently been around $1.06, and this has never been an issue with most employees. Unfortunately, one cashier has now created two extremely negative experiences for me. On both occasions, she attempted to charge me $2.66 instead of the refill price I have paid countless times before. The first time I paid it despite believing it was incorrect. Tonight, when I questioned the charge, I was told that if I did not pay the higher amount, I could not leave with my own personal cup. Being told that my personal cup would be withheld unless I paid a charge I believed was incorrect was both embarrassing and upsetting. What makes this especially frustrating is that this employee has checked me out many times before and is familiar with my regular purchase and the fact that I bring my own cups. Rather than explaining a policy respectfully, I felt I was treated dismissively and spoken to in a way that left me feeling singled out and unwelcome. I want to be clear that this review is not a reflection of the entire staff. Most of the employees at this location have always been friendly, professional, and kind. My frustration is with this specific interaction and the way it was handled. After nearly a decade of loyalty to this store, I never expected to leave feeling so disrespected over something that should have been a simple conversation. I hope management reviews this situation and ensures that customers are treated consistently and respectfully, especially long-time customers who support the business every day. I will not be bullied by this rude and revolting cashier ever again . I will not allow this to fall behind the desk for certain thanks SUNSHINE ASKEY

  Very grateful for Ron, who purchased me a hot pocket, a lighter, a vitamin water, a chocolate milk, and a yogurt parfait, as well as putting his loving hand on my shoulder and telling me I'm always safe at this station while he is working. A true angel he is. A full stomach, and he even let me charge my phone. Said "as long as I'm here, you're safe. " I've never met such a generous worker. I even got a photo of him, and a video as I thanked him for his generous donations to me. I got an upset stomach, and he purchased me pepcid, to relax the acid in my belly. This man is a true example of a godly man. I couldn't be more thankful for his care on my solo journey. 10/10 I highly recommend this location! Especially if Ron is on staff. He has a pointed mustache, and bright blue eyes. A real gem.

  I'll tell you what .if this is the one on 15 and bluff.i have really amazing experiences. But one guy had to screw it up.in the early mornings there's a younger native American guy.just about the rudest person I've encountered in my life I won't go in there if he's there.he either had earpods on and doesn't take them out to hear me or he just completely ignores the HOW ARE YOU DOING TODAY THANK YOU. HAVE A GOOD DAY .after like the 10th time of being ignored completely I figured I'd say something. Sorry bud but you need customer service classes..other than that.amazing place
