  Great experience at Grease Monkey! Matt was extremely helpful, and the whole team did a great job. They were friendly, professional, and got everything done very quickly. Really appreciate the great service. Highly recommend!

  So, I brought in my van because it needed new front breaks. After charging me $800+ I realized after getting it back, that the breaks still felt super off, not only that, but my van now leaks break fluid after getting it fixed. I returned and said "hey I think something is still wrong and I told them what was going on, they said " anything thats wrong with the van wasn't their fault " and then refused to look into it any further. I finally got the mechanic from my work to look at it, they apparently broke, almost ripping the break line all the way out( where the break fluid just pours back out, the calipers weren't done right and the pins hold them together were barely in. I wouldn't be so mad had i not dumped almost $1000 just for it to not be done right, they made me feel dumb for asking them to fix it right, and they not only didn't care but sent my vehicle back in the road as a danger to both myself and other drivers, breaks are important and you not doing your job right and putting people's lives in danger is unacceptable. No reimbursement, no responsibility, and terrible service all around. I'd give them no stars if it was an option. Somerville auto is the only shop in town ill voucher for. Grease monkey are a bunch of crooks

  I was able to pull up, drop my car off for an oil change, head to Costco, eat a hot dog, and come back and leave. Didn’t have to wait. Didn’t feel like they pressured me in any way or tried to upsell me.
