  This place has no responsibility of there mistakes, we hope it is a mistake, we took our jeep liberty to get the oil changed at grease monkey, they told us that we needed new brakes as well, we had them change the brakes they charge us a little over $600. But that wasn't the kicker, they did not tighten the lug nuts on the tires, our nefew that has only had his license for a few months, was heading down from Winchester Hills on highway 18 to St George, the left front tire fell off, luckily no one was hurt, also luckily it was the left and not the right, we checked the other tires and the lug nuts were loose as well, it could have rolled over. We went to talk to them about the incident and they had no remorse not even a sorry and said because we didn't take it to them that they would not be paying for any damages. Maybe our insurance will have a different opinion. Just saying be very careful. This is not the only incident they left our cover off and it started to scrub and had to go back and have them put it back on. Should be more reasonable.

  Consider me a loyal customer! Never had a better experience getting an oil change, and will be back for more services. The staff are incredibly professional and polite, wait time is well above satisfactory, and the cost is worth the quality!

  My wife told me that during the oil-change, they removed the air-filter. So, I checked to see if they re-assembled the components properly. Unfortunately, I discovered not one, but two issues caused by the Grease Monkey employees. First, they either lost or neglected to re-insert one of the two retainer clips on an air-intake duct. I'll be buying a box of those to replace the one they lost. Secondly, the air-filter cover on my car is held in place using 4 screws. I discovered that they only assembled 3 of the 4. One was just sitting there, completely un-assembled. I’m disappointed in the lack of care. If simple reassembly steps are missed, it raises concerns about the rest of the work. Regarding the oil change, my car calls for 5.0 quarts. Instead, they added 5.1 quarts, and I see that I was charged a couple bucks for this extra tenth-of-a-quart. There is never a legitimate reason to add more than the specified oil capacity. A normal oil change leaves at least 0.2 quarts in the engine, meaning that 4.8 is the max that would be needed in my case. Overfilling - even slightly - has real downsides, including aeration/foaming of the oil, increased crankcase pressure, and worse fuel economy. Even though this is a minor issue, this is what they should be experts at. This shouldn't happen.
